I ordered this chair after reading reviews for over a week. I expected decent quality, but I was happy to see exceptional quality and attention to detail. It was easy to assemble and fit together perfectly, it is heavier than... well.. it's heavy.. you won't bump into it and move it. The color is beautiful and it looks and feels like leather. The stitching is very well done. The two motors mean the back reclines separately from the legs which make it very adjustable. I can lay down flat in the chair and it is extremely comfortable. The massage functions work very well and I like the built in timer that shuts it off when you go to sleep in it. The heated lumbar support is very comfortable with a low heat. The timer turns off the heat as well. The extended foot rest is a nice feature, It is better than feet dangling over the edge. I added 1 inch rubber risers to the feet to raise it an inch. That way my laptop table {SANODESK Medical Adjustable Overbed Bedside Table with Hidden Casters from Amazon} slides under it easily. so I can use my laptop while reclined in the chair. This is a very nice chair, I like how adjustable it is and how comfortable. It was a very good value for the money.. especially on Prime day. The 2 boxes are heavy but FedEx was kind enough to carry it inside to my living room. I suggest watch the tracking and keep an eye out for the truck. If you meet them at the door, it goes much easier than unpacking at the front door and carrying parts around the house. I like this chair... your mileage may vary.

I'm really pleased with my power lift chair. It arrived about 2 weeks agao. The chair came in two parts and was easy to assemble without tools. It siets well and is comfortable and provides good support to my back and shoulders. The massage ane heat are real pluses. In particular, I like the way the vibrator pulsates all the way down toward the bottom of the foot rest. I think it was a quality buy--like I say, I've had it only 2 weeks now but I'm impressed so far.

I purchased this chair for my wife who broke her knee. I purchased the grey softer material and it works perfectly for her and is soft enough for her to sleep on at night as it lays down to 180 degrees flat. It is wide so I can lay beside her some and lifts up high so she can get to her walker by herself and back in the chair with no issues. It was easy to assemble, has usb & c charging ports on the side, 2 cup holders, pockets, and exactly what I was looking for. I'm sure the heater and massager will be more vital in the future.

Honestly, because this is something you keep for a long time. I bought this chair for upcoming abdominal surgery recovery. I ordered ahead of time to "break the chair in", like a new baseball glove, and boy, am I glad I did. I have used my abdominal muscles more than normal just to get out of the chair. I think it is too big. Also, when I had to get out of the reclined position in a hurry, it could NOT be done. A few reviews mentioned the hardness of the chair. Yes, it is hard in the back rest and the seat. I think it is because of the machinery necessary to make it do all the wonderful things it does. Like heat, massage (vibration) and lifting you to a standing position. And another review mentioned the "gap" at the back of the seat. Yep, it's there. Don't know how it could be avoided with the way it lays flat then sits up and stands up. Since I bought the leather, it is colder than fabric but looks beautiful. I put a throw blanket on the seat down over the foot rest. This filled-in any gap and was softer to sit on. I put my old recliner back and will keep this chair for post recovery. You will want to measure the seat depth to the back of your knees. Too long and the chair is very difficult to get out of. Oh, it took me about 20min. to place and assemble, very straight forward.

I bought this lift chair for knee replacement surgery. It’s leather, lies flat so that your knee can be above your heart for icing, love the cream color, has massage and heat. On top of that, it’s very high quality. The stitching is solid, the 2 motors are quiet. My son in law snapped it together oh just a few minutes. It’s so intuitive that he didn’t even need the directions. The only thing it didn’t have is cup holders, but I’m finding that to be a benefit bc I have so much near me that I’ve moved a table next to it. Packaging was exceptionally well done with reinforced corners in the 2 boxes it arrived in. Beautiful addition to my living room. It’s become my favorite place in the house.

Beautiful chair. Aside from comfort, it is a very attractive piece of furniture with great workmanship. As far as assembly, I had an issue with zip ties in the undercarriage that I wasn't sure if they needed to be removed to allow movement of parts and when contacting the seller, I received word back immediately. I can't say enough of how well they work with you and answer any questions in a timely fashion. I'm a 74 yo woman and found it easy to assemble.
