Product works well, customer service is top notch
I have had this system in my expedition truck now for about a year. It has worked flawlessly for the majority of that time. Recently this last fall the screen started to do strange things and become very distorted. I reached out to Inefala and let them know what was happening. They responded immediately with a couple of test to run and even sent a firmware update. Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue, but they weren't giving up. They decided that the failure was in the screen itself, so they sent me a new screen and a detailed video on how to swap it out. We thought for sure this was going to solve the issue once and for all. Unfortunately the new screen arrived damaged from shipping, even though Inefala did pretty much all you could to protect it during transit, but it arrive cracked. Once again Inefala didn't give up, they responded right away to the photos of the damage to the new screen, and now they are sending me a brand new complete package replacement to hopefully once and for all resolve my issue. A++ for Inefala for sticking behind their products and their awesome customer service. I think a lot of companies here in the US can take note of this kind of service and pride in their products!!! The 4 camera system works great, the image is clear from all cameras, and the user interface is quick and simple. If there was anything I would change it would be a slightly better rear camera, living here in the NW we get a lot of wet weather and because I use this as my primary rear view, I can get quite a bit of glare in the camera at night when it is wet. It would also be nice if the screen auto dimmed at night, car lights can be pretty intense, but it is pretty quick to reach up and adjust the screen brightness. One of the best features of this system is the wireless Carplay/Android auto feature, it works seamlessly, and with this being in my off road expedition vehicle, the screen shows and interacts awesomely with my On X off road mapping system. I no longer have to have my tablet mounted on a RAM mount around my dash, cleaning up the passenger area, and removing shiny toys in the cab when we are out adventuring outside of the truck. The value for this system is great, and the product works very well, I think I may have just got a unit with a bad circuit, the company is great and really stands behind what they sell. BUY ONE, it is worth it!

faulty operation. inconsistent display. defective product and lack of basic display configurations
While the display is fairly good, the actual operations are so faulty and defective. Initially the turn signal does trigger camera. after 3 weeks, it stopped. When you step on the brake, sometimes randomly either left or right camera is triggered and other times, all 4 cameras are activated. The setting is not saved. I set the default display to camera 4 and every time it turns on it will default to CarPlay. after 4 weeks, no turn signal triggers anything, with except of back up trigger. The system can only shows 2 modes of camera display and has no options to display any other configuration, meaning if i only want left and right camera, it can not be done. it has to be all 4. Right now it is useless when i drive because i am using this in an RV, it is crucial that the left/right trigger working properly. Since i am doing renovation and got very late to its installation, it is too late to return.

Great product, had a couple quality issues with my purchase that Amazon wasn't able to correct. Got in touch with Inefala directly and these people are fantastic. They got my issue corrected with no hassles. I will definitely be doing repeat buisness with this company in the future and telling anyone that will listen how happy I am with the camera system I bought and the respect and responsiveness they had when helping me resolve my issues. Good monitor and software, cameras are the weak point.
3 of the four cameras developed condensation inside within a month of install, even after drying out, some internal film in the lense dillaminated resulting in varying degrees of clarity. Prior to this issue, even when they were clear, their night use was limited due to what appeared to be longer exposure times resulting in blurry images while moving or when other vehicles passed. The software and monitor itself were good. The software was quick, responsive, cleanly laid out and functional. The cameras... The weakest link.

Technically works
System is so locked down you can’t get apps on it and don’t think it could be updated, it’s strictly a cam monitor at this point

Look just like the picture
It's easy to install, it works. Great. Got up for my husband and he loves it from when we travel with the camper. The screen size is just great. It looks just like the picture. The brightness is good.

Good system
Great camera system, CarPlay integrates seamlessly. You don’t have to use this for CarPlay, but you can and that definitely adds functionality. Good system that has lasted so far with no issues.

not so good operating at start up
tried contacting 1st time they answered promptly , 2time no answer several days the said was on vacation for this week, said no problem waited till middle of next week still no answer. tried contact again with no answer. returned complete unit thanks to amazons help. 1 very annoying thing about this unit is on and you start vehicle the it cuts off ( even thou the power to it never goes off) then you must cut the power to it and restart that plus must also mash the power switch at top left corner. Some times its juts a pain to get it back on !!! Also paper work says it will run either 2/4 cameras but in its setting there in no link to alloy u to only use 2 cameras.
