The only issue i have is that I wouldn't have mind paying a lil extra for another camera, or at least a switch between the 2 ports so the rear views can be exchanged between the reverse view and the regular rear view ..otherwise it works great and I love the long cables..I have not yet had the chance to test the night vision part.. ... show more

It was easy enough to install, though the connectors are a pain to route through weather proof rubber gaskets. I had to cut off the end connector, route it through, and then solder it back on. The picture quality on the display is great. The remote for mine doesn't work, unfortunately in small text the battery is a 2025 not a 2032. The paper instructions it came with had the wrong labels and wrong wire colors. The wires had nice wire labels on them, but they didn't match my intuition or the documentation. Fortunately, aside from black being ground all wires should be 12-24V tolerant so if you mix them up initially, you'll figure it out. Headlights behind you can cause the camera to washout sometimes, but that's common for many backup cameras, sometimes you'll still be able to read a plate. I parked near a street light and it had a bright spot on the image for a bit, sort of like when someone films a welder. Other people have seen the image quality and been impressed with it compared to other cars. ... show more

Before this one I had purchased a camera that was wireless signal it worked but the problem was anytime there was another camera sending out a signal, security cameras it would overide my signal or would just come on...I saw some interesting things but not something I want when I am driving. This camera being wired, you don't have that issue. Also the screen is much bigger and easier to see. I also like the remote that comes with it so I can remotely turn it on and off., adjust camera etc. ... show more

Update: Seller contacted me and offered a half refund. Appreciated nice customer service. Wasn’t expecting that. Just be weary of what you need it for before purchasing to save you a hassle if one is REALLY needed. If it’s not daily use it’s suitable. But for daily use just save yourself the hassle and keep looking. Installation was not easy. Once installed had to use gorilla double sided mounting tape to really get it to adhere securely. Night vision is in black and white and rather pointless but we won’t need it then anyhow for our use of it while camping to see the pop up camper behind us. The picture quality is stunning. It looks crystal clear during the day. That is the main pro to this. Tried to turn the directional lines off since we aren’t using it to actually reverse into a parking spot but after turning them off it still remains on. Weird. The screen also won’t power off when we don’t need to use it. Glad this isn’t for everyday use as a backup camera or I’d be irritated and returning. Decent enough for a visual though of the camper and will just unplug the screen when not being used. ... show more

I purchased this and weather got cold so we decided to wait to install it. We'll that made things worse since it doesn't work they say they give you customers support yet that in email and the email isn't any good. So now I have ran a 65ft cable that was a waste for a monitor that doesn't work. Don't waste your money or time it's not worth it. Go with a name brand pay a little more but at least you have a quality product that you don't waste time setting up. ... show more
