Style: Continuous Non-Pulsed Induction Wok Burner

Features

  • CONTINUOUS NON-PULSED HEATING (NO CYCLIC POWER).Unlike most induction cooktops that control low power by cycling on and off, this Abangdun induction wok burner uses continuous non-pulsed heating to deliver steady heat across all power levels. The result is smoother simmering, more stable high-heat stir-fry, and fewer temperature drops during cooking.
  • CONCAVE INDUCTION WOK COOKTOP FOR ROUND-BOTTOM WOKS.Designed with a shallow concave surface and a focused induction coil, this cooktop supports round-bottom woks even if the curvature is not a perfect match. During tossing and high-heat cooking, effective heat transfer is maintained for better responsiveness and control.
  • 1700W HIGH POWER WITH 17 POWER AND 17 TEMPERATURE LEVELS.Adjust from 200W to 1700W or select temperature from 176F to 464F (80C240C). Dual control modes allow precise adjustment for simmering, searing, stir-frying, boiling, and fast heat-up cooking on a standard 110V120V outlet.
  • SAFE AND SMART PROTECTION SYSTEM.Built-in pot detection and overheat protection automatically stop heating if cookware is removed or overheating occurs. If no compatible cookware is detected, an E1 reminder appears to help ensure safe operation.
  • 120V NORTH AMERICAN COMPATIBLE COMPACT COUNTERTOP DESIGN.Compatible with standard 110V120V outlets in North America. Optimized for induction woks and also works with flat-bottom pans under 9 inches in diameter. The compact footprint makes it suitable for home kitchens, apartments, and outdoor cooking setups.

  • Better heat than flat induction or regular gas stove
Style: Continuous Non-Pulsed Induction Wok Burner
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love this wok burner! I have a flat bottomed wok that wasn’t getting hot enough on a flat induction cooktop so got this to try after seeing a YouTube video from a chef comparing it to another brand. My wok got very hot, very quick, and it seems to mimic heat up the lower side better than the flat induction . I’ve cooked several dishes now, and been very pleased with the improvement over the flat induction. I actually think this setup works better than my regular gas stove did. It’s not going to match up to outdoor gas burner or restaurant wok heat but that is not something I wanted to deal with. This plugs into a regular outlet and is really convenient. I am super happy with this and just ordered a round bottom wok to try on it. ... show more

  • Wok-A-Rafic.. Great Product very versatile
Style: Continuous Non-Pulsed Induction Wok Burner
Have been looking for an Induction wok cooktop that got hot enough. This is the one. Gets woks and similar type cooking pots cast iron as well hot very quickly and maintains some serious heat. I am very happy. Money well spent.

  • Abangdun first impressions
Style: Continuous Non-Pulsed Induction Wok Burner
After many months of looking and comparing induction wok burners online I chose the Abangdun. This morning I used the Abangdun to season the new Oxenforge wok that i purchased to go with the burner. Impressive. The burner was easy to operate switching between wattage and temperature Celsius to Fahrenheit. The hub is a solid build and didn’t slide on the glass topped stove. Will update when I make beef and broccoli in the very near future. ... show more

  • Love this burner, but make sure your wok’s bottom is smooth
Style: Continuous Non-Pulsed Induction Wok Burner
Pro: I love this burner. It heats the wok very fast and lets me cook next to a window so smoke can vent outside. Neutral: Heat transfers from the wok to the glass, so the glass gets very hot. Grease can polymerize on the surface—just like a ceramic cooktop—but a scouring pad and cleaner take it off easily. It’s also a bit pricier than flat-surface induction units, though still acceptable. Con: The glass scratches easily. Sand the bottom of your wok before using it to knock down any bumps. Scratches aren’t a functional issue for ceramic glass, but that makes me sad since this burner costs me over $100. I’m still gonna give it a five star, because this burner can really help people who live in a apartment and loves stir-fry. ... show more

  • Read before you buy
Style: Continuous Non-Pulsed Induction Wok Burner
I really hoped that this will work well with round bottomed wok per the raving reviews posted. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I used a well made Japanese iron wok and the unduction burner just cannot properly heat it up. The concept is good with a concave surface but due to wok of different size/curvature, it is hard to get a even contact to maintain heating. ... show more

  • Good size, versatile
Style: Continuous Non-Pulsed Induction Wok Burner
Read the instructions, especially if you never used one of these before. It heats up nice, I haven’t cooked on it yet. Little noisy. I think it will be wonderful and fun to cook on.

  • Not reliable at high temps. And does not go below 170 for low temps
Style: Continuous Non-Pulsed Induction Wok Burner
I bought this for high heat wok cooking. I realized I prefer an actually flame rather than induction. On this one at high heat I’ll frequently get an error message . A disaster if you’re in the middle of a cook or loose temp during a deep fry . It’s a little more reliable at lower temps but doesn’t really go lower than 170 making it not useful for a slow simmer or sous vide . The power button and temp buttons are confusing and the instructions don’t offer clarity . The round wok shape is great with my wok but not flat bottom cookware. I was really excited to get this to use with my wok at high temps and for that reason I would say I’m not 100% happy with my purchase . ... show more
