We lived overseas for a while and induction cookers are pretty common there. This one works great. Temperature control is much more precise than gas or coil cooktops, response time is super quick, and temperature across the pan is more consistent. Besides being energy efficient, the induction cooktop doesn't kick off anywhere near as much heat into the kitchen and the only the pan heats up, not the cooktop itself (so it's safer as well). Controls are easy , it shows either wattage or temperature. This is a great cooktop and complements our gas stove well, and can take it on the road when we are doing car camping.

Very nice electric induction cooker with multiple settings. It works very well. It heats up and cooks fast. My only complaint is it took a long time to boil water for pasta using the boil setting. It’s faster on the stovetop. I’ve used this with my HexClad cookware several times and it does a good job.

This is the third product I have gotten from Mooye, and seriously, I have loved every single item from this company. Everything they make has far exceeded our expectations! I actually just reviewed their espresso machine, and in just one sip, it saved me from my husband's raging Starbucks addiction, so I am forever grateful to this brand! Whoever is designing their products is top notch. They do not just throw items out into the market, it really feels like a thoughtful team sat in a room, tested them in real life, and brainstormed to make them as intuitive and feature packed as possible. This induction cooktop actually reminded my husband of the heavy duty burner he used back in culinary school, except that one cost hundreds of dollars! We needed this for our commercial kitchen because our older induction unit had seen better days after previous employees beat the snot out of it. To be honest, we were skeptical at first because the price tag was so low. We thought it was either going to be a complete piece of junk or the best thing ever. So this induction cooktop is portable what I have it for is I always like the induction cooktops I live alone I don't need for much to turn on a big stove and everything it's just it's too much so it's easier for me just to use this little cooktop I like that when I don't have a pan on it that it won't turn on I like the fact that if it's been on for a little period of time it gets to a certain temperature in other words if all the water is gone out of your noodles cuz you falling asleep or something like that yes it might burn but it will also shut down so that's also helpful too I'm not saying that I've ever done that maybe once cuz I had to test this unit out in any case I didn't wait for it to get black I just wanted to see what would happen if it got to no water and the rice started to brown. What I noticed myself is also it's an energy saver to be honest with you my electric bill has gone down not using my normal big stove, I'm all about saving energy being efficient like I said I live by myself so it's not like I cook big elaborate meals I think the only time I use my oven is Thanksgiving when I have a turkey that's it once a year. That being said there's all sorts of different settings they're suggestive settings on this there's also temperature settings there's a timer so it will automatically shut down on its own and there's of course the safety features that it has once it's gotten to too high of a temperature I'll turn off. So I already have an induction cooktop and this will be replacing that one and the reason why I'm replacing it is I have an older kitchen so it's not so big on the the width of the counter space so I noticed this one and if this one looked smaller and more compact and that's kind of what I was going for I'm taking up a little less space if it can save me two inches of counter space I'm all for it it seems like whenever I want to set something it's like right in front of it and it always will fly on the floor so having this will give me the extra two and a half inches of width to my countertop. I love how this induction cooktop works I do I I cannot express how much I love how these things work they work great with my ceramic coated aluminum cookware there's certain cookware that it doesn't work with and that it'll tell you usually it's it has to do with the magnetics if your cookware is magnetic it will work if it is not it will not. That pretty much sums it up. The best part is is if I go away on a mini vacation or something I can always take this with me too and I can put it into a outlet and I can have I can cook whatever I need to cook in a small little space so it's this is very versatile like I said you can take it with you. Thank you very much for taking your time with me as I reviewed this Mooye induction cooktop it's a good value for the price it heats up fast it Cooks nice and evenly I could not complain about these cook tops. I will come back here in like I don't know 6 months possibly a year just to talk about it's still going going it's still running I think that's the only thing I I'd have no complaints I love using these portable cooktops I think they're better than having a big old stove of course I don't have a big big family to cook for so this is so easy and efficient for me. This is something that I do preferably but I always unplug it after I'm done using it I think it's out of habit anything that can produce heat or even though it won't produce heat but I just I don't know it might go beep beep beep and I don't want to hear beeps so I just unplug it when I'm not using it just like my coffee maker or my can opener in any case thank you so very much again for reading my review I hope it's been helpful for you if you go glamping or if you go on little adventures this is a great cooktop that you could bring with you and still cook still using stove top to cook and prepare meals. You know what my favorite thing to cook is scrambled eggs and the adjustability that you that this has with temperature so you don't want brown eggs do you want nice moist but not too moist cuz you don't want that sliminess but you want good scrambled eggs I think that's my test on this is to be able to cook perfect scrambled eggs and it passed with flying stars if I could give it 10 Stars I would and it also gave me more space on my countertop!
