I've had this camera since Dec 2023, and have loved it since the first day. I originally purchased it because we got a new puppy and needed to keep an eye on her while we were at work. It definitely did its job; It also came in handy when we were away and our neighbors watched our dog and would leave them out for a few hours to roam around the house, I was able to check in on them and call my neighbor to go back over if something was wrong. I also now (July 24) use it for my kiddos. My oldest is of age where he wakes up and comes downstairs on his own if I am still asleep or lying in bed, so I am able to check in on him while he's downstairs, watching a show/snacking before I get up to start my day. Overall, great product for the price! Hasn't given me one issue since I purchased. You can purchase a "cloud" subscription and have it record. Also, can set up to alert you if there is movement, which is helpful with two dogs and kids.

I love how small the camera are and that there is no need for screws to mount them on the wall. Easy to install. Very clear vision. To view the activity of the camera you have to subscribe to cloud services. I wish that was free. The customer service the company provide is great. The reach out to you once your installing the cameras via email.

Aside from issues with the initial pairing (which were addressed via customer support automatically when they detected that the camera was experiencing network connection issues) the camera works and for a budget camera, has great picture quality and was easy for set up. The app allows for cloud storage of event activities with what feels like a reasonable fee for a year subscription.

I originally got this bundle of the (2) pack indoor cameras. GNCC C2 (2) cameras. My original order came with (2) 8GB SD cards already inside the cameras (pictured above). I loved the cameras so much, and also loved the fact they included the 8GB SD cards with the order- that I re-ordered the exact same thing. Under my recent purchases, I just hit *order again*. So, not sure why my new order is missing the (2) 8GB SD cards- but those help A LOT, and I would've prepared myself more if I'd known these would somehow not come with the same SD cards (or any SD cards at all for that matter). As you can see in the picture- the 2 NEW cameras are missing the SD cards. I provided one of my previously ordered cameras in that picture (under the 2 new ones, this one is much easier to access than my other camera, otherwise there would be 4 total cameras in the pic). So yes, I previously ordered 2, the same 2 I thought I repurchased. However, as you can see, my new cameras did not include the SD cards. And was never mentioned on the Amazon site when I reordered the newer 2 cameras...which were the exact same bundle. I love the cameras, but I needed the SD cards that went with them to help with storage. I'm not sure why they weren't included with this newer order, but that is disappointing. As I need these while on vacation, and may have people come by my house for various housing projects (rental property, just want to ensure that all areas are covered. The 2 cameras didn't cover enough, so I got 2 more to make sure every area I needed- was covered). But now I'm not sure if it'll work for what I need them for. I know I can order SD cards, but that's not the point. I don't have time to wait at this point and will have to pay much more at Walmart for the same thing. So, as much as I love these cameras (for my specific purposes only, not sure if you can zoom in etc etc etc, but for the price- they're perfect for what I need them for), I have to leave feedback so others don't automatically think that you'll receive those SD cards (like I did, the description and everything was the same, and I just hit the reorder option, so...not sure why they're not exactly same, with those SD cards). But the cameras are great, it's the fact that I wasn't informed in any capacity, that there would be no SD cards for this newer order- of the exact SAME order I placed approx. 2 months ago. Just make sure when you reorder something, that EVERYTHING is included, because apparently it isn't. So buyers, be aware of this. You should get SD cards with most cameras. Indoors or outdoors, doorbell cameras etc etc etc. Just really annoyed that I have to now go out of my way to pay more money, when I shouldn't have had to. Be more proactive on that communication, when reselling an item..AMAZON! Seems like more and more times than not (these days anyway)- I get nothing like what is either advertised, or previously ordered, on 'Amazon products' anymore. Do better yall. It's hard enough for the normal, smaller LLCs to sell on your platform, so if you hold them to such high standards, then Amazon, YOU should ALSO have the same standards! Period! ***Because the cameras are actually wonderful, I gave 2 stars. Would have been 5, IF they provided the SD cards like they did the 1st time!!***
