Loved it. I noticed other reviews regarding leaks. While I have had no leaks with the item, the mist maker creates a water vapor fog that can settle on items and create the appearance of a leak. I placed a small dish towel where the vapor was landing and it solved the problem.

Seen a lot of negative reviews, but decided to try it anyway. It's beautifully painted, no chips, the pump is a submersible pump and quiet... I didn't want the mister portion of the unit so that's not installed. There's no leaking and the epoxy they have on it appears to be done correctly to not warrant a pool of water underneath the unit. It leaked and needed some plumbing when it was delivered. When I finally got it working, I really enjoyed it, it is very pretty and the water makes a subtle peaceful sound. It needs to be refilled with water daily because so much splashes out. Pro tip: I put it on a motion sensor so that it turns on a off kind of randomly, but stays off when no one is around. ... show more

The inner shell of the area that holds the water was broken when it came. I just colored duct tape the same color as the inner shell and placed it over it and it's fine. I think that they could have included more protection around the pump during Transit as I believe that is what broke the inner shell. This product looks much worse in person. It looks very cheaply made and splashes water all over everything around. If you put enough water to make the atomizer work, it splashes it out so fast you only get about an hour of actual fog before it's below the level to work. Ordered this to go along with the Zen Garden that I have in my office, and it's a perfect addition. The soothing sounds of the flowing water, and when I turn the mist maker on, the added lights and mist take it over the top. Does get things a little wet, but that is to be expected since the mist flows over the bowl.
