This is my third pizza oven and by far my favorite. It fits perfectly on my countertop and doesn’t take up too much room. It heats up quickly and the stone gives me the perfect crust on my pizza. It was very easy to set up and use. I’ve had it for a little over a week and I’ve used it four times. I also like to cook my chicken wings in this oven. Great little oven. It heats up super fast and cooks pizza in a couple of minutes. The crust comes out crispy and delicious. You do need to rotate the pizza for it to cook evenly and it is better for smaller pizzas. Overall I really like it and it makes pizza night quick and easy.

Get up to 850 F, turn pizza half turn with 7 inch metal peel every 20 seconds for a nicely toasted crust. I use semolina course flour on a wooden peel to launch and aluminum to remove.
