I use this to keep an eye on my cat. I purchased this one cuz I saw th pictures on how clear the image was. For $17 the picture looks super clear. It lags by like 3 seconds from real time though. It didn't have instructions on how to insert the micro SD card or how to remove it ( I don't have nails so it was a mission to remove it) the SD card failed a few times, it wouldn't read it thus not saving it which was frustrating. I got to work and it's been about 3 days with it working well. Other than that, I am pleased with the quality of the video. It's also has super clear night vision, which is a feature I always wanted in my cameras. I will definitely be purchasing a couple more in the future. I want to use this one for about a year before I purchase more. But so far so good after you figure out what needs to be figured out. ... show more

Video quality is great, microphone works well - when I need to tell my dogs to stop barking it is loud and clear, audio is clear, span of picture is great, noise and movement notifications work really well, easy to turn video capturing on/off, and setup was fairly easy. Covered the on/offline indicator light with electrical tape. Have one next to our new puppy’s crate and when it’s nap time the light was a distraction for her. The other is setup facing our living room puppy play pen to enable us to leave the room. Night mode - wish it didn’t turn on quite bright red lights. Purchased this camera after being unsatisfied with 4 different baby monitors. We chose to just go a different route and just try an indoor camera for our children’s room. For $19.99 I figured worst case scenario it wouldn’t do the job and I could return it and wouldn’t be much of a fail. What a surprise to not only see that this camera was great quality but it was better then the $200 baby monitors. It was easy to install and the customer service is always available and helpful. I do wish that the camera had a temperature reader but that won’t stop me from buying another camera and looking into there other products. ... show more

I’ve seen a bunch of bad reviews because they couldn’t figure out the setup. I did it in legit 2 minutes. Before anything, get everything out of its package, and plug it in. Sign up as a new user. Put in email and it’ll send you a verification code, it’ll probably be in spam mail (that’s where mine was) put in code, set up a password then ALLOW Bluetooth, ALLOW Wifi and accept everything else. Once it tells you to pair click on the one you purchased. You should see a bunch of images of cameras on a screen and choose the one that looks like yours! Once you choose it, it’ll give you a QR code! Hold your actual camera you just purchased up to your phone screen (take protective film off first) and hold it up, you should hear it talk to you! Then follow next steps. It was easy. Go ahead and get an SD Card that fits it so you can actually playback your footage if not it just works as a surveillance cam without recording. You can also purchase cloud storage straight through the app, they offer a 14 day free trial to see how you like it. I think it’s “bad” for people who cannot read instructions correctly because everything was pretty accurate! The app is very easy to use, and it only took a few minutes to get it up and running.
