This incubator is absolutely amazing! It was our first attempt at hatching eggs, and out of 24 eggs, 18 were fertilized, resulting in 18 healthy baby chicks. The setup was easy, it maintained perfect temperatures, and adding water was a breeze from the outside. The automatic egg-turning and countdown features made the process seamless. On lockdown day, it stopped turning, and soon we had adorable baby chicks. Cleaning is also a breeze. I love this incubator and highly recommend it for easy and fun small-batch hatching!

Experiencing my first-ever chick hatching adventure with this incubator was both exciting and heartwarming. Out of the 24 eggs, unfortunately, 1 didn't make it past ten days, and 2 didn't hatch at all. However, witnessing the successful hatching of 21 chicks was truly a beautiful and enjoyable experience, especially for my kindergarteners who lovede very moment of it!

This incubator is fantastic for hatching chicks at home. To ensure proper water flow, we elevated the water bottle above the included Styrofoam block, using a makeshift solution. The turner operates efficiently on a reliable schedule, and I marked the eggs with a sharpie to track their movement. Out of 12 eggs, 11 successfully hatched. After hatch day, we examined the one that didn't hatch and found it hadn't developed past week 2, a natural occurrence. Setting up the incubator is simple, allowing you to practically forget about it until lockdown. Regular candling was part of our routine to monitor progress, and witnessing the first pip was truly exhilarating. Within a precise 21 days, our full crew of chicks emerged. The largeglobe cover provided an excellent view during hatching, and after all pipped, it was easy to remove shells, providing ample room for them to stretch out and rest. I highly recommend this user-friendly incub ator for a seamless hatching experience.

I've successfully hatched bantam chickens and coturnix quail using this incubator. All 7/7 bantam chicks hatched smoothly, and 12/12 quail chicks hatched, although 2 needed assisted hatching due to egg rolling issues. The setup and cleaning process were easy, and the compact size allows placement in various places. Minor issues include the incubator running slightly cooler than set, butadjusting the temperature compensates for it. The turner worked well for chicken eggs but was less effective for quail eggs, prompting consideration for a 3D printed quail turner in the future. The water feeder concept is good but manual addition of water is more practical. Overall, it impressively fulfills its purpose, although long-term durability is yet to be determined.

Raising 13 two-week-old chicks has been a success with this incubator. Initially concerned about maintaining a consistent 74-degree room temperature as per the instructions, I improvised by using a space heater in a covered shower stall in the guest bathroom. This ensured a stable environment, with only humidity fluctuations that were easily managed by adding water. Despite initial concerns from other reviews, I skipped the test run and went straight to hatching fertilized eggs. Reading and carefully following the instructions, which I don't always do, proved crucial. The shower location turned out to be perfect, and the convenience of being in there multiple times a day and night made the whole process smooth.
