I am very pleased with the product quality! The cushions are firm and comfortable, the metal frame of the furniture is strong. My only issue was that the assembly instructions were poor, steps in the instructions missing and images in the assembly not clear. Since I have assembled lots of furniture I could instinctively fill in the blanks for the lack of instructions. I payed less than $500 for the set plus a firepit to assemble myself, which was over $1,200 at Lowes.com for a comparable quality product. Delivery was fast as well, arriving 4 days after placing the order.

I bought this for my new deck, just the right amount of furniture, it’s a 2 seater glider works really well and I enjoy it a lot , the 2 chairs are I put on the other side of my rectangular table with 6 chairs . Great Quality Great Cushions looks good but not overwhelming. I would recommend it and would buy it again!

I ordered two sets, one for each daughter in two different States. Unfortunately, one set came with three right chair arms and one left. I reached out to them and they replied in hours. They asked for pictures which I think I should have sent in the first email, my mistake. Once I sent them, it was hrs. That I got a tracking number for a replacement. I really like the look of them. They appear sturdy. They are about to get the toddler test, I'll update later. Very happy with the results with this company and will be buying more from them.

We received our new patio furniture very quickly. One box was in decent shape but the other box had a huge hole and gap that was taped back together. I am assuming our hardware had made its way out of the gap somewhere in transit because it was not in the box. Customer service told us that hardware was back ordered and would be several months before we could receive replacement hardware. After several attempts to resolve the issue to our satisfaction we were reimbursed for all the hardware we had to purchase. The furniture is very comfortable and we love the color.
