THIS BEARS NO RESEMBLANCE TO WROUGHT IRON
Size: 7PCS Stacked Dining Chairs Set
Color: Carbon Black
The material is thin and cheap. I believe it will likely be horribly dented and rusted after the first year as moisture just sits on it and does not drain. When advertising “wrought iron” (hand-shaped, heavy IRON), your product should be both “wrought” and “iron” rather than what appears to be machine-extruded aluminum. I requested a prepaid shipping label as shipping was $99, and they falsely advertised. This request was ignored while I instead received offers of small discounts ($25 off a $385 item) vs prepaid shipping to return. I then was promised (by two Amazon employees) a full refund within 7 days due to the false claims and refusal to send a prepaid label. None of this happened. After a month of false promises and runaround, the vendor finally agreed to accept a return, but not with a prepaid shipping label. I would have to pay another $100 to ship back an item which was not as described/falsely advertised. I’ll never again buy an individual item over $100 from Amazon & their third party vendors. They do not stand behind their vendor’s claims or promises made by Amazon customer service associates. We will also not be renewing our Prime membership.

Not rust resitive in any stretch of the imagination
Size: 7PCS Stacked Dining Chairs Set
Color: Carbon Black
I wanted wrought iron. Could not find online. This product was labeled as rust "resitive". Nonsense. Rust showed up 1st year. I constantly have to chemically get rust out once or twice a season. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Cost. Went low pricing and paying dearly for that decision Value for money: $$

Update: quality is total junk
Size: 7PCS Stacked Dining Chairs Set
Color: Carbon Black
Don’t buy this product if you want something that lasts. We have had this since April and you can see from the photos that the quality is terrible. The finish is bubbling and peeling off. The edges and screw holes are all rusting. I am super pissed and will never recommend this product. I should be given a refund because I will no doubt have to buy something new.

Rusty a week in
Size: 7PCS Stacked Dining Chairs Set
Color: Carbon Black
I’ll give a list of pros and cons.. Pros: I liked how easy this was to put together, my husband and I took about 2 hours to built the table and 6 chairs. The instructions were easy to follow. The price is fair for what you are getting. It is also very lightweight and the chairs are stackable. Cons: shipping was $99 and it took nearly two weeks to get everything. We built this a week ago and it has been outside for a week and there is rust already forming on the chairs and the table. Pictures above. I never thought it would be so quick to form. I bought a cover for the table on prime day but it won’t be in until next week which concerns me because it is already rusting. I’ve contacted customer service to see what can be done.
