We ordered two of these kits. One for ourselves and one for my parents. One wall had a couple small tears in the screen next to the zippered door opening that we noticed the first time we put up the kit on our camping trip. When we returned home I was able to easily find the warranty form on the InstantCanopy website. I filled it out and sent it in with accompanying photos via email. We got a quick response and confirmation of warranty replacement. They did a great job of communicating along the way and stood behind their product! Speaking of their product, it worked great for our trip even with the small tears. The tears didn't seem to get much worse throughout the week-long trip of continuing to heavily use the door so it held up better than I expected. It kept out most of the bugs and allowed us to play cards later into the evening than we normally would have been able to considering the nighttime bug swarms that usually chase us indoors. We were even able to connect up the two kits together so our two 10x10 canopies made one big 10x20 space. It wasn't perfect because the center part of the canopies weren't able to be pulled down completely, but it was still very usable. I own a mobile food business. I purchase my tents and canopies from Caravan Canopy, but their mesh server walls were out of stock when I needed some last summer. These walls were available so I gave them a shot. Positives: price is great compared to the original company and they are as sturdy as the originals. Negatives: there are fewer velcro straps than the original and the size of each wall is inconsistent. One is nearly too short horizontally to work. It does fit, but just barely. I only use two walls at a time (I use them mostly to keep people out, not insects), but if I tried to use all 4 and zip them together I would not be able to zip them closed due to the short length of one. ... show more

    • Cheep and works well.
I am on a bbq teem we needed this for a comp in Ventura county. We got it spare of the moment and we feared it would be of pore quality but for the money it was not bad. There are better ones out there but this one works and looks good.

I was very disappointed in this product. As I pulled the screens out of the package I noticed tears in all the panels except for one. I did put all the panels up on my pop up tent and the assembly was easy. After I got all the screens up I could not zip the back because one tear was right by the zipper. As it pulled tighter it I was afraid it would have ripped more. Very poor quality for the price. ... show more

This canopy is great for outdoor entertainment and protects you from mosquitoes with the mess netting its well built and look great. I Like this canopy so much I purchased the 8x8 model.

This is a nice net but it took 2 people to zip it together which for me is hard. And as I was taking it down the is already a finger sized hole where a velcro strap is, all I did was open it up and setup for the first time
