We had some issues receiving the product at first but the seller was on top of it and communicated to us very well and got the product delivered as soon as they could. The metal frame is no better, no worse than a couple others that I've had (that since blew over and/or collapsed in heavy rain) and I paid more for those, so I'd say so far this one is just as sturdy as any lightweight frame out there in this price range. The canopy fits good and covers the 4 legs which I wanted and as far as rain protection I haven't tested it yet. This would be good for light or occasional use. Mine lasted about a week. I left it outside on a windy night and it got destroyed. Take good care of yours and it should live for a while.

Pretty straight forward and simple to set up. Took me 5 min by myself. Had to walk around and do a little on each side till I got it locked in. The only thing I didn't like is the flimsy cover. That definitely won't last very long. But I'm happy with purchase because it's doing it's job. Gonna look into replaced cover for when it dissolves ... show more

Just set up for first time. This was the cheapest 10x10 I could find. For. It is not the most heavy duty but from my experience, even heavier tents like these get bent and broken even if twice the price of these ones. The roof is a little thin so probably shpuldnt be left in the weather ongoing. Be cautious setting it up not to rip the top. I'm in Florida so the sun and rain destroys everything. I bought 2. I'd buy 2 more of these before buying a different single tent for $140 ... show more

I was able to put it up myself and it was pretty straightforward. I originally bought it as a vendor booth but it was too short and seemed better suited as shade to sit under at the beach. So I bought a different one for my booth and used this one for the beach. If you only need it for shade in perfect weather condition, it is a great purchase. However our beach trip was ruined by extremely strong winds, torrential rains, bad storm weather. The tent did not survive. At all. My expectations were low to begin with, but I was still sad I didnโ€™t even get to use it 2 hrs before the wind and rain broke it. Check the forecast before taking it out is my advice, you canโ€™t beat the price! ... show more
