We were very happy to receive these 12 tents and thought the material down the legs added a little extra to a normal tent. However we had extremely high winds the day of the event and even with weights they were blowing around. We had to have the customers hold onto them when the gusts came.     • It broke beyond use within 15 minutes of setup
This review is written 3 years after purchase because the unit was purchased for preparedness and we did not have occasion to open it until today, we our area got the first rains of the season. As far as I can tell, this was a design for a 6x6 or 7x7 canopy that someone decided to just expand to 10x10 by making the arms longer without realizing that the structure needed to be stronger as it got bigger. As we were setting it up, one side simply bent inward. After putting on the actual fabric, there wasn't enough support on the "slope" of the roof to keep the rain running off, so it pooled up along the other side until one of the support rods (the criss-cross rods that make up the frame) just snapped at one of the joints. It's possible that in the intervening 3 years they have improved this unit, as my feelings are that it's actually cheaper for a manufacturer to make something that works than it is to make something cheap. What I mean is that it would only take 5 or 6 refunds to wipe out the profit on 200 units, so check the current reviews. ... show more

We had some issues receiving the product at first but the seller was on top of it and communicated to us very well and got the product delivered as soon as they could. The metal frame is no better, no worse than a couple others that I've had (that since blew over and/or collapsed in heavy rain) and I paid more for those, so I'd say so far this one is just as sturdy as any lightweight frame out there in this price range. The canopy fits good and covers the 4 legs which I wanted and as far as rain protection I haven't tested it yet. Set up is quick even doing it by yourself, it's easy to set up and take down and the storage/carry bag is decent enough and easy to store. ... show more

Easy to set up and take down, literally within minutes. My first one lasted 4 years and this is my second, repeat purchase. Big enough to be useful, tall enough to stand under without squatting (I'm 6 ft) and sturdy enough that I leave it up all summer and it withstands the rains.     • Saved us in a pinch
It saved us in a pinch but the material is like plasticky and seems like we could only use it once or twice. I was enjoying it and then when I went to go put it away I noticed it was already starting to tear and we only used it a couple days with very gentle use
