I already have this CD player that I bought last year from Amazon. Love everything about it. Small size, good looks, 2 moveable speakers, great sound. So I decided during Prime days I would buy another one, to have as a spare if anything happens to my first one. I’m putting it in my art studio to listen to music as I paint.     • CD player no longer works!
I used this personally in a small living room. I’ve had the product approximately two months and it started skipping on my CD’s, it’s happened on a brand new one and thought may possibly be damaged. So I tried another one and it’s doing the same thing. ( The CD player was the reason for my purchase.) I’m very disappointed in the quality of the product...in general it was very poor but thought it may do the job for my small areas that I needed it to work in. I originally thought a new CD I played on it was damaged. So I tried another one and it’s doing the same thing. I’m very disappointed...the quality of the product was very poor but felt like it would do the job for my small area. It’s too late to return so I guess I am stuck. ... show more

    • Not great but functional. Audio quality 5/10
The audio quality isn't great. Its functions are nice but I think that the IHB23 is much better as far as the audio quality. Especially if you're going for a nice audio system for a room or living room. It lights up and it sounds great. But this product, the IBH227 is mediocre in comparison. Also VERY SMALL! The center peice is about the size or an elementary school lunch box. And the subs are about half the size of the center peice. Really dissapointed in this product. I bought it to replace my IHB23, which I loved but the speaker towers went out, and I now have to buy ANOTHER IHB23 to make up for my lost from this weak speaker. Will probably return. ... show more

    • Super cheap - but does the job
Do not buy this if you want something high quality. Do buy this however, if you want something cheap that will get radio reception and play your CDs. That is all that I wanted and it does the trick. Super light and flimsy - but the sound is OK. I am pleased with it and you will be too . . . .just lower your expectations. ... show more

OK. Maybe at half the price, I could I say it’s worth the money but it struggles to tune to radio stations even with good reception. There is no antenna to improve reception either. The cd player works OK.

this little baby bumper doesn't disturb my co-op neighbors unnecessarily. Wish it had an eq/ bass boost but it does my old scratched cds justice... also 30 it is cuz anything under is pretty mellow/ inaudible unless you're right right three...enjoying volume control on the remote... put some glow in the dark stickers on what you need and you're good to go... used at $25 but I don't think it's worth the full hundo ($100) 5.3.25 later that day update: you can Bluetooth pair, do a device audio whatever it's called to eq and a milli passed fora little bumper ... show more

    • I'm still thinking of getting another of these.
I live in a small space and mini-systems are a saving grace. This type of sound system is getting harder to find in this age of smartphones but as a real radio fan, this is the best option for me. The system is small enough to find space for it in almost any room and the remote makes it convenient to use.
