I’ve bought these exact type massagers prior that were great. This one was not. I accepted that this one wasn’t as powerful as them, however as time passed this one began losing power often if I leaned back on it. Now, I’ve lost 3” of hair because the seam snapped and the motor ate it. It’s been a while since I purchased it, even though I’ve used it minimally, so of course no returning it.

The best massager I have ever used. No joke! I have neck and back problems because I drive a lot. I’ve been to numerous massage therapists and chiropractors which sometimes helped but most of the time I felt like it was a waste of time and money. The first day I received this, I was so excited I plopped down on the ground to open it and try it out. It worked so well I fell asleep on the ground because it was hitting all my knots in the right. Granted it was embarrassing because my bf had to wake me up so if you’re using this make sure you’re on a couch or something. It’s been almost a week of me using this massager and I feel amazing! You won’t regret it.
