You do need to pay close attention when putting the bed together - when it says " Do Not Tighten Bolts Until Fully Assembled (or something to that effect)" - Listen. You can tighten each bolt about 50%, just get it all together, and then finish tightening them. Takes a little longer this way but the bed is so quiet and a firm fit so it's necessary for quick assembly. Nice color. Very quiet. Strong. I use it for my 5 yo (top bunk) and 10 yo (bottom). No problems with my youngest getting up or down. Good step spacing on ladder. I would absolutely buy it again, multiple times over. Directions are just a little funny and detailed, but very much worth it. Super happy with this product.

Great bunk at a great price. It’s easy to out together, but you do need at least two people. My 13 yo and 11 yo daughter helped me with no issues. We purchased for our vacation home, aesthetically it is awesome. Only compliant is that the ladder hurts your feet quite a bit when climbing up or down it. This could also be due to weight, and maybe not an issue for younger children. Very sturdy and not wobbly. You can use a regular size twin on the bottom bunk, but you will need a twin bunk mattress for the top. A regular mattress is too think and will be too high and maybe a safety issue. All in all, great bunk for the price!

Assembly was quick and easy, there were no missing parts. The bed feels very stable and the kids love the comfort compared to previous one. I didn't notice any noise while they climbed on and off. Quality is seen and felt from the moment you complete to assembly.

The bed appears strong, and there is enough space between the two beds for the person below to sit up comfortably. Also, shipping was fast. The only negative comment would be that the bed is a bit wobbly.

I purchased this frame based on reviews that it was sturdy and that is not the case at all. It doesn't make noise but this bed is very wobbly and the ladders hurt our feet like hell. It states it can hold 770lbs but we are a combined weight of 400lbs and we feel like the bed is going to give in when we toss and turn from how much it wobbles. Only keeping this frame as I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning it but I would not recommend this frame for older kids/adults. Even when my daughter sleeps in it alone it wobbles a lot.
