Very good bed. My mother and I put the bed together in just a few hours. Everything was labeled, it came with wrenches, and was worth the money. I am 5’9” and I cannot stand upright under it without hunching a little. But I can easily lower my head to get under where I set up my desk. Having this loft bed gave me a ton of space in my room. The sturdiness is pretty good. I had never had a loft bed before so I was concerned about plummeting to my demise in the middle of the night, but I obviously survived. It wobbles a bit and sometimes makes creaky sounds that make me fear for my life, but everything ends up fine. I’m just paranoid. The guard rails are high enough to keep me and my pillows on the bed. The ladder could probably use some grip tape because if you try to climb it while wearing socks you’ll notice how slippery it gets. The direction were difficult to understand but he finished product has been amazing! 😍 I've had it for about 2 months and it's held up well. I wasn't sure it could stand up to our rough and tough family but it has. It moves a little but it's surprisingly quiet and very sturdy in my opinion. I would definitely buy it again. And best part is I can put a twin perfectly under it or a queen sticking out. That is a huge bonus for us and we downsized to a smaller place, but am happy to say this allowed us to still have our own spaces. The only drawback is that it's a little taller than I expected but it's still perfect for sleeping and plenty of space for a TV or entertainment area and a great place to put your toy storage too! ... show more

1) Its tall. It’s taller then it said it was. 2) This bed is really shaky and makes my kid nervous to go or down it. We will have to try and secure it to the wall. (Not fun) 3) No real way to return it because the box was not easy to open so I can’t even just box it up and ship it back. Now I feel stuck with this bed. I wouldn’t buy it again! ... show more

This was easy to put together and is really cute. It's sturdy enough for my needs, which is an extra bed for a guest without giving up floor space in my studio room. We had a snafu because we didn't read the directions well, but we fixed it and it was smooth sailing after that. The hardware comes with labels to identify each part, which was awesome, and even had extras if needed--we only needed one washer because we dropped one and haven't found it yet. My daughter loves her bed!! She is sharing a smaller bedroom with her brother so we decided to get loft beds so they can use the space underneath for a desk and sitting area. The color is great and the assembly was okay ( my father in law built it with no problems) The only thing we don’t like about it are the steps on the ladder. They are round instead of flat and they really hurt my daughters feet when going up and down. Whenever I come up to hang out with her , I dread thinking about going down because it makes my feet hurt so bad. I do wish the manufacturer would make flat steps so this would not be an issue.
