Purchased new, but it was actually either used or a bird pooped on it at the factory. Instructions were terrible. Was easier to assemble once I stopped reading them. Otherwise it's perfectly acceptable cheap porch furniture.

The backs of the chairs are too short. They hit you middle of the back. I think they will be uncomfortable.

The media could not be loaded. I'm not going to write a lot. Watch the video please. I explained it all in there. My overall rating would be a 3.5. But I chose to put 4 stars instead of 3 because this set was very inexpensive. It was only $119 + tax. So with that in mind, I would almost bumpit to a 4.5. If I had paid more, it would've been a 3.5. So when u consider the value for the money, this is a pretty good set.

It could just be i put it together a little uneven, but the leg lengths are a tad off so it wobbles a bit. but not bad where it bothers me

The chairs are ok. Easier to put together than other rattan I have purchased. The chair back is a few inches too short to be comfortable. The chairs are not deep enough for a back cushion unless you are a child. Also you cannot get a thicker seat cushion because of the low chair back.
