I really love this couch! It feels sturdy so far, and I hope it holds up well over time. Setup wasn’t too difficult—the instruction manual was fairly easy to follow, and I was able to assemble it on my own without help. Just a heads-up: the manual wasn’t in box 1 like I expected, but in box 3, so be sure to check all the boxes if you don’t see it right away. As others have mentioned, the backrest isn’t very high, but that hasn’t been a problem for me. I’m about 5'3", and since I placed the couch against a wall, it offers enough support. The only slight concern I have is that the cushions appear a little flat, but overall, it’s a great couch—super comfortable, spacious enough for two average-sized people to lie down, and it really elevates the look of the room. Let me say the green color is absolutely beautiful. The fabric is soft and pillows are comfortable. The sofa was easy to put together and seems sturdy. Now the sofa is low and back of sofa is low. I am 5'7 and hubby 6'4, so I stuffed all the pillows and seat cushions and added 5 inch lifters to raise couch. Now its perfect for us. Very nice sofa and ottoman for the price. Wish they had a chair to match, I would definitely buy and would definitely recommend this sofa. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was about to purchase two sofas from The IHanhearty website to fit in den/tv room when I checked Amazon and found out they actually have a sectional. I was a little skeptical at first because of the price and because the actual company’s website does not have a sectional. After reading the reviews I took a chance and I am so glad I did because this is the perfect sectional for the room, plus it was less expensive than buying two sofas from the site. It is big, comfortable and very easy to assemble. After we got the hang of the first one (without instructions because we didn’t see it in the box until afterwards) the rest was a piece of cake. Delivery was super fast too. I ordered it on a Sunday night and by Wednesday most of it was delivered. The corner piece was the last piece to arrive the following Sunday, which was a pleasant surprise because the full delivery window was for the following Monday. If mine looks a little longer than what’s shown on Amazon is because I ordered an extra seat from the actual site to make it a little longer for my space. I did not see where Amazon sold sections and I knew the site did so I ordered the one section from them. I was worried about the shade, material, quality or even the style not matching but let me tell you it is the same exact thing. I also ordered 6 inch wooden legs from Amazon to replace the 3 inch legs that came with the furniture. It made such a huge difference in aesthetic and ease of getting up. Although I love this set very much, I wouldn’t necessary purchase it for our formal living room but it is perfect for the den where the grandkids hang out for movie and game night when they come over. Storage in ottomans would have been very practical since they are so big, but that was not a deal breaker for us. First word? WOW! The price of this great sofa is excellent! They give you a window of days for arrival but it came on the first day of the window and finally, this thing is so comfortable that we like it more than our living room couch which cost exponentially more. I shopped and shopped for a sofa to be in my studio and this is the one I chose because the seats are 29 inches deep-deeper than the other cloud sofas on Amazon. My husband put it together easily in about an hour. So far it seems sturdy and solid. It’s gonna be great to relax on once I move into my office. At this point I really recommend it. It’s an amazing couch for anyone looking to not spend 2700 on at a big name furniture store this is just as comfortable and soft and sturdy as any couch you bought from anywhere else .. it’s easy to put together and it looks amazing it comes with simple instructions that are clear and easy to read and it took me about 30 minutes to assemble with a friend if you are looking for a couch this is very worth it and if you have any issues customer service is more than willing to help with your issues… all my boxes came in one day and very fast 5 boxes total they are heavy so I’d recommend having a brother, friend, dad, husband whoever help you with lifting I am not sponsored btw lol I just love the product ... show more

Reluctant to purchase a sofa without seeing/trying it in person, but this is a terrific buy. I assembled it alone (petite lady with no handyman/assembly skills), and it didn’t take long. The sofa is large, comfortable enough to cuddle up or sleep on, and looks great. Only negatives are the accent pillows it came with look cheap (unlike the sofa), and the arms/back are not high. I took one star off because the back cushions could be more substantial like the seat cushions. With some fluffing the back cushions are fine.
