    • The wider base of 28oz and the lid options make this work everywhere.
Let's start with the wider base. I love big cups (and I can't deny) but the ones with narrow bases tend to be tall and tippy. Even the 32 oz Tumbler style from Hydroflask has a narrower bottom it takes the same size lid. Which means it's a couple inches taller with a smaller base. I've been able to fit this 28 Oz wider base into car holders no issue (I think newer cars have a little wider holders). Now on to the lids, to be honest the slider lid that came with this cup was kind of meh, only semi spill proof, not easy to clean and not insulated. I also have other two lids. The straw lid is spill proof and insulated, just not the easiest to clean (remember on assembly to line up the little hole in the straw sleeve to the cutout in the lid so it vents and you can drink). My favorite lid is the older style regular lid, insulated, super easy to clean, not really spill proof other than it a slow pour out, but with a wider base cup, it's fine. The downside is the cost of the lids.. but they last. ... show more

This is my favorite cup for hot tea on the go. Loving the Starfish color this came in too! I usually pour the tea right before I head out for work and it is still piping hot when I am at the office ready for a sip. It is definitely not leak proof so be sure to keep it secured when on the move.

I use this cup everyday for my commute/work. It is very easy to clean, fits under single brew machines, and keeps my coffee hot. This biggest pro of this cup (other than size) is the ease to clean. This small tumbler is designed to keep drinks at the right temperature - cold or hot, whichever is preferred. It's from a known brand (Hydro Flask) so it has a bit of that "brand tax" built into the price. Despite that, the quality of the product itself is solid. It's not an overly large flask, but it keeps drinks the right temp and is not overly heavy. The lid is easy to place onto the flask and tight. I like it more than I expected. A straw fits okay in the opening for when I use the headset with a boom style mic for work. The cup balances weight for insulation against being able to hold it easily and does a good job. I like it enough that I bought 2.

Sometimes I like a little coffee on the go and I found this hydroflask bottle easy to clean except I put MCT oil in my coffee so the lid has an oilyness to it even tho its been cleaned but that's not the manufacturers fault that's just the effects of the oil
