I got this for camping with my black stone grill. I love it so much better than the disposable bottles. Much easier to connect and disconnect. I can also close the tank and burn the remainder of the gas in the lines. It is a little heavier than disposable bottles. It is small though and comes in a nice jacket case. I keep my black stone adapter with the bottle and case. I like that it is refillable so I’m not throwing away those canisters. It holds about 4x the gas of those disposable ones. I definitely recommend.

I hate the little green cylinders. I tried to use the refillable small tanks but they are inconvenient and who has room to set up a 20lb tank refilling station? This tank was small enough to meet the restrictions of a music venue’s campground safety policies. The tank is big enough to get me through near any car camping odyssey I would take it on. Note, if you are using it for the Ignik fire can, running the firecan in high output mode will drop the pressure in this tank fast. I used it for a 45 minute full blast fire and my meter dropped into low territory. There was still gas in the can. I used the can for two more meal preps with a single burner stove. Overall, I think this is a great item for car campers who use propane gas appliances.

Great size for camping and actually refillable. Still have a green can just in case but only for emergencies. Carrying case is nice for transporting and was able to store everything inside it.

I rarely review anything, but this has earned it. I use it on a 22 inch Blackstone that would freeze the one pound bottles this time of year. With freezing bottles, temperature is very hard to regulate. I have used this three times now and temperatures stay steady. I fill it from a 20 pound tank. Works great
