Igloo is the best. I learned my lesson. Cheaper brand didn’t make ice as fast as it said and then finally quit in a few months. Igloo just keeps on going!

It does make "wet" ice but it makes it fast. Very affordable and matches my kitchen decor perfectly. It is not super quiet but not loud enough to the point of it being unbearable. It does put out warm/hot air through the vents so be mindful of where you put it. It was easy to set up and I dumped the first full batch of ice before using it for drinks. I used distilled water and the sensor worked just fine but just in case I added a pinch of pink Himalayan salt to the tank for added minerals.

The media could not be loaded. I like it. My first package was lost/stolen but Amazon sent a replacement. I turned it on last night around 11pm and left it on while we slept. I did have to scoop the cubes forward to allow the machine to make more. It does build up and makes the sensor think it’s full. But if you scoop it forward the way I did in the video then it’ll start making more. For some that might be annoying but it’s not big deal to me. The video shows the small size of the cubes. I put aluminum over the little window because light was hitting it and it just makes me feel like better haha. But it’s prob not needed of you put it in a shady spot. (Manual does say to place in area away from light) Overall I like it (but I’ve just had it one day) love the color and look. Unless it breaks down I’m keeping it

I was going to give it 5 stars but it doesn’t grip the top of my mini fridge and it doesn’t let me know when it’s done cleaning (other than flashing). Those are minor details so it’s all good. Love the ice.

Its a great and very cute machine. But the ice doesnt stay frozen for long. It will constantly make new ice as the old melts. Its great though just a tad noisy, but otherwise perfect.
