DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER AND DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND OR "ISCOOTER". Bought one, it broke after like 3 uses. Applied for a return within the alloted window, the company messaged me and offered a partial refund if I wanted to skip returning the scooter (because it's such a hassle) and I accepted. They've now spent the last few months telling me to try and bunch of different fixes to get it to work (to no avail), to the point where they want me to take apart a part of the scooter that is all wires and controller part to replace it which is completely ridiculous. And now that it's "out of the return window" they're refusing to send me the refund they originally offered and want to give me $40 as a "goodwill gesture". So now I'm out HUNDREDS of dollars, I have a broken scooter, and I have to fight with them to get the money I deserve. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. -100000 STARS ... show more

Horrible got this, shipping was fast but handlebars broke almost immediately and we decided it was a waste of money so we sent it back and had to pay for 160 return label and after a month of no response we finally started to talk about it and they were no help trying to make us cancel the return so we reported it and ended up getting only 180 dollars back while we spent well over 500 on this. ... show more
