This scooter came as described with minimal effort to set it up. Once it was alls eat up and charged I went on a scooter adventure with friends and it did more than meet expectations. I liked the shocks as they do a good job at absorbing the roughness from some of the bumpier areas we adventured through and the light is plenty bright to use at night. Only thing I don’t like is I wish I knew more about how to understand the modes a button since it’s just a bunch of inners and letters you change through but I’m not sure what they change exactly and my scooter seams like it’s a bit stiff to get it to fold down. I’ve not determined if it’s how the scooter is made yet or if I just haven’t quite figured out how to get it to release to fold down with ease. Does not change the physical operation of the scooter itself though so I’m not too worried about it. Overall this is a solid product and I would recommend it to anybody wanting something fun to adventure around on. We now have a collection of 3 different scooter brands and this one is for sure the better of the 3 so far. Will update if anything changes. ... show more

I bought this scooter to use on my 2.1 mile daily commute to work (4.2 miles round trip). At first it was great and could last 3 round trips (about 13 miles) on a full charge in turbo mode at full speed (28mph) most of the way. Little by little, the range went down. Now, it has been a little over a year since I purchased it and with 565 miles on the odometer, it can't even go 2 miles on a full charge. I've had to walk it to work or home 3 times in the last 2 weeks because the battery is just not reliable anymore. The Amazon return window is only 30 days, and the posted warranty is only 6 months, so it appears I'm out of luck. But I can still warn new potential buyers to beware of my experience. ... show more

I loved the scooter however: 1.-The breaker doesn’t work properly, I tried to fix them many times and they do not work properly. 2.- Some parts of the scooter were glued with a with thing and some of them came off. (The glue seems to be not resistant) 3.- The instructive barely explains how to remove or activate certain functions from the Menu 4.- Battery doesn’t last and I don’t use it a lot, it lasts about 3 hours 5.- it’s too noisy, it makes weird noises when you speed or break. Even though my issue occurred outside the Amazon return window, the manufacturer was able to send me the parts, cables, and diagrams needed to repair the unit to working order. The scooter works great, is fast, and performs very well on hills. We had some trouble on set up (user error) and the seller was very responsive and provided a detailed troubleshooting video which got everything working perfectly.

The scooter was good for the first 3 months or so but then started having problems. Brakes started going out and then the tires. The manufacturer was initially responsive but then when more parts were needed, they advised me to purchase them online even though the scooter was only about 6 months old. Luckily, I bought the additional protection and was able to get my money back but this scooter was on my last nerve ... show more
