This hoop is really good quality and so easy to install. The rebounder is key for my child to have endless hours of fun practicing his basketball skills. It's extendable for adult play as well. And the company is so great about providing replacement parts in case something happens. What a great buy!

Surprisingly this was NOT a headache to set up. It took a little time but my husband said it was pretty easy. We love that the goal is adjustable and that it has the target passer thing. My son has been out playing almost every day and we can tell it’s very well made and will last years and years. Highly recommend!

My son (age 5) has gotten into basketball recently. We wanted to get him a hoop to play on but didn't want to go the cheap route. I've seen far too many cheap baskets fall apart over time, or blow over in storms. We also wanted something he could grow with, so getting an adjustable was really important to us. This hoop has been great for us the past few months. I was able to put it together myself, which was nice. All needed tools are included. Once built and filled (we used water), this thing is a tank. Almost to the point where moving it would be difficult. The adjustment on this is super simple to do and my 5 year old is able to do it by himself. Will just warn you, this thing is huge, but again that makes it more sturdy and durable. The included target/rebounder/passer is a nice inclusion but the angle and location make it not as useable as we would have thought.

Good price for a 54' backboard. Shots off the glass rock the backboard as with any portable base hoop but it settles quickly enough. I'd say this hoop is as good or better than the name brands but this hoop fouls out when it comes to the rebounder. It won't last. I thought the rebounder was just a gimmick but it actually added a fun element to shooting around. My daughter and After 2 months of only moderate use the plastic clips started breaking. By the time the first one broke I noticed cracks in four more clips. To the company's credit they are proactively sending replacement straps. However, unless they have redesigned the clip with something other than plastic there is no point. These too will fail. Also, stretching the straps is done by a machine or with a special hand tool by the manufacturer so good luck stringing it yourself! I truly is a shame because it was fun while it lasted! In the end I removed a star for the rebounder failure. The loss of a star had less to do with the hoop itself and more for the heartache for the memory of what the rebounder once was :(

Edit: after reading my initial 3-star review, the company reached out and more than made up for the initial customer service experience. Bumping up to 5 stars. Original: When we first got the net, it was missing two parts. Called customer service and they sent out replacement parts no problem, but it took another week to get them. Then we got about 80% through assembly and found that the bracket that holds the crank bar for adjusting height was too narrow. By a lot (see photo). They asked us to text a picture, then wrote back "Can you bend it, or use some tools?" When I wrote back saying we didn't have any tools to bend it, they said they'd replace it. I asked if they could overnight it, given this is the second issue we ran into. They said, "We don't cover that kind of service." We tired a bunch of different things and eventually figured it out, but it was a pain and shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. So not a great start. At this point, I would have given it one star. The support was neither helpful nor professional. But now that it's up and we've used it for a week, it's a nice hoop. Stable, nice backboard, and we're having a lot of fun with it. Two other notes: if you're debating backboard size, go 54". We have a smallish driveway, but it's worth it. And sand as a filler works really well (we put 300 lbs of sand in and probably could have added more).

Great product for the short term or maybe indoor use only. EXTREMELY THIN plexiglass with no support behind the main contact area. First backboard shattered before a years use. Customer service was great and got me a replacement within days. Replacement backboard shattered even sooner. The only option they offered is to spend almost half the price of the entire unit just for a replacement backboard. Excellent customer service the first breakage, unacceptable on the second. Should expect to get more that 20 months out of a $500 purchase! Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere and find something with a thicker backboard if you plan to actually use it.
