The hoop came and looks great. We noticed the base leaked when we got it set up and filled it with water. Also a bolt broke within the first few uses. We contacted costumer service and they sent replacements for these two items within a week. The kids love the hoop. It is easy for them to adjust the height and they like the rebounder. ... show more

I was looking for a basketball hoop for my son for Christmas, after reading reviews I decided on this one. Setup was fairly straightforward did most of it myself only needed a second person to join the base and backboard posts together at the end.(took about 2 hours if you minus the time needed to deconstruct a piece I initially installed backwards) The backboard is very forgiving and I like that the springs in the rim are covered which should add to their longevity. My only complaint is that the instruction manual says to fill with water or sand or both, and the base had 2 different openings for filling which led me to believe they were separate compartments. After filling with water I then began putting 200lbs of sand in and realized the sand was mixing with the water, I would not have put water in had I known they would mix. I won’t take off a star for that since it was my own fault for not realizing that but wanted to mention it for others who might have thought the same. ... show more

My kids love this hoop. Setup was easy with 2 people. Highly suggest a helper. Video directions available make it super easy to follow. The kids love the pass back! It's really great quality and so far it's been great! Fill with both sand and water.
