I bought this table as a house warming gift for my son for his new house. It ended up being perfect for the front porch where he and his friends sometimes hang out. It seems to be well made. He's had it about 7 months now with no issues. Some of his friends are on the larger side so I made sure to get the extra sturdy one and I'm glad I did. It was a little more than the regular tables, but not super pricey and I wanted it to hold up. I love my new balcony set. I've had it for about two weeks now, and I only bought it as a temporary set until I saved up enough to buy a far more expensive set I found on Wayfair. However, after getting cozy with it over the last two weeks (I'm on my balcony multiple times daily), I'm leaning toward keeping it, as it's comfy, seems durable, and, most importantly, serves its purpose as outdoor seating and dining. There was practically zero assembly required. I brought the box out onto my balcony with my toolbox, thinking that I was going to have to put it all together, but I only had to open the box and take the table and chairs out. The only thing that I had to "assemble" was putting the cushions onto the chairs. I have a standard cantilevered balcony with about 3x9 feet of usable space, and this fits perfectly for two people. There's enough room to walk by without bumping into the set or having to move it. A bonus is that the wood color and texture match my outdoor rug perfectly. ... show more

Original Review: The piece itself looks like it could be beautiful, but it arrived with no instructions and no hardware to put it together. This turned what should have been a straightforward assembly into a frustrating and exhausting experience, especially given how heavy the box was to move around. Very disappointing and not worth the wasted time and effort. Update: Amazon replaced the original set after several weeks and multiple phone calls. While the process was time-consuming, once the correct version finally arrived, I have to say—it was worth it. The set is beautiful and made of solid, quality acacia wood. Very sturdy and well-designed. With the proper instructions and hardware, assembly was actually simple (I put it together by myself with no help). My family has large people in it, and I wanted a small patio furniture set that we can all use without worries. This table and chairs do the job and look really sharp. The chairs are sturdy - we have had no problems at all with wobbling or squeaking. The pads that came with the chairs are comfy. Rain washes dirt off them and easily, which is a plus since I use the table to pot plants. I wish there were extra chairs to buy separately. Although the table is small, it would be great to seat four for card games or lemonade. Also, I plan to bring in the chairs for the winter and use them for extra seating as needed. The media could not be loaded. Came all assembled after all they are all folding.. All I had to do, unfold and that's it. Very nice wood. Table is sufficient size to use have a meal .. Have it on my front porch.. Never gotten a chance to use but I like that the mailman/woman occasionally carefully puts my boxes on the chair. We had a couple of storms NC by the coast.. Chairs are light to fold and move inside though I didn't and they were still there in AM. I like that it came w the cushions tied to chair and all is good. Material of cushions is sufficient. I’m writing this review sitting in one of the chairs on my balcony — I am so impressed at the quality! Very lightweight, I carried the box upstairs alone, then pulled the chairs & table out and unfolded them quite easily. The chair is solid, and incredibly comfortable. The included cushions appear to have removable covers for easy cleaning. The locking mechanism on the table is very thoughtfully designed. I love it! If only they made indoor furniture as well.
