When I just want an easy cup of espresso, this machine gets the job done. However, it seems to drip frequently when warming up, so make sure to have the drip catch always in place. Also, when using the milk steamer, empty out all the steam first, or else it will steam out of the espresso port and make a mess. I like the way the machine looks. What I do not like is the amount of dripping after making a cup of espresso. It also is extremely difficult and hard to put the part with the coffee in the machine. Overall, I will have to give it three (3) stars.
