Anchors
Color: Beige-HL
The hanger bracket itself was nice and sturdy. Universal fit was perfect. However, the anchors for brick installation were inferior. Had to use different anchors

Great!
Color: Beige-HL
Thought it was a bit pricey, but excellent product. This bracket works better than the the brackets without the back wall bracket. Good quality!

Spacing makes no sense
Color: Beige-HL
Perhaps I'm dense, but the spacing for screws on the mounting bar/plate does not properly line up (if you want the screws relatively evenly spaced for optimal support) for 16 OC studs. I drilled an extra hole so the bracket would have the lag screws into the studs evenly spaced. Other than that, this worked and I mounted a 24K BTU Mr. Cool on it. Lastly, I question the 300 lb rated capacity of this (which is what I recall is stated). I gradually began to add my weight to the arms by slowly hanging from them; I'm 220 lbs and it began to bend the upper lip of the wall bracket on one side. My Mr. Cool unit isn't much over 100 lb so it's fine...but FYI.
