My water was coming out of the faucet a milky white color before installing this system. Now, it's crystal clear. The installation was relatively simple. I had a couple of issues arise. One of the screws actually had metal slag in the slot so I couldn't use it. No problem. I had plenty of screws in the garage. The Teflon tape shredded more than it unrolled. No problem. I had rolls of Teflon tape in the garage. Putting everything together was quite simple. I ended up needing to give the fitting at the faucet a little extra tightening because it was dripping. I let it run for 5 minutes, as instructed, to charge the system. My water cleared up and looks great. I've tasted it and it tastes great. Now, I feel like I can stop living out of water bottles all the time and start using my faucets to drink water and now feel safe using it to prepare food. 💝☮️🕊️✌️💯 ... show more

    • Great product but not easy changing the filter
This is an economical product to improve your drinking water. However, it was not easy changing the filters as I had a very difficult time pulling the old filter out.

Easy to install. No need for reinforcement nor spacer behind unit. Quick-connect inlet and outlet connections worked as they should. Our water tastes much better.

Installation was straightforward, but figure more than a few minutes, especially if it is uncomfortable crawling inside a cabinet. An important issue which is not mentioned in the directions .. although they provide a nice template, do not install closer than five inches from a wall. The inlet and outlet hoses will crimp.
