*Updated* - Customer support came through and then some in the end. Very helpful, and the replacement piece has been holding strong. Absolutely love this thing, you can't go wrong with the results! I really love this ice cream maker, because when it comes to performance, it absolutely delivers. The built-in compressor is fantastic, no pre-freezing bowls, no rock salt, just pour in your ingredients and start. In about an hour, so pretty quick from scratch, and you get roughly 1.5 pints of incredibly creamy, smooth ice cream with no iciness. Results have honestly been some of the best and easiest homemade ice cream we’ve ever made. The included two canisters are a huge plus for trying multiple flavors, and the presets for ice cream, frozen yogurt, and more work well. I also love that you can add mix-ins at the end and let it incorporate them as well. HOWEVER, on just the second use, the paddle retention clip broke, which leaves the paddle stuck in the canister and requiring you to dip your fingers in each time to remove it, and trying to align it just right every time you put the lid on. While the unit still functions, it was frustrating at this price point. I had some initial issues reaching out to Customer support, but they came through in the end and went above and beyond to help. Running again smoothly and perfectly. Greatly appreciate the help! Easy five stars!

Love this machine. I bought after carefully researching. This machine does not require overnight freezing. Ice cream is made so quick! Recipes are easy to get the hang of and very hard to mess up. Every ice cream tastes artisan.

The clear plastic cover broke within a month of having machine. I have requested a warranty replacement of the part and have received no response from manufacturer or information on how to buy a replacement part. The machine is no longer useable. It made great ice cream but only for a month.

Worked great 1st time, using a heavy cream egg yolk custard to make strawberry ice cream. I love that it includes two buckets with lids, great idea! The paddle comes out and is easily cleaned while you can put the fresh soft serve in the freezer to firm up if desired and move on to the next batch.

I love this! It’s easy to use and clean up. Mostly I love that I don’t have to store a huge ice cream maker tub in my freezer and can make frozen yogurt and fruit ices on the go - a short wait for milk based/cooked bases to cool down is easy to manage. ie I don’t have to plan a day in advance and only make one batch per day. It feeezes beautifully & quickly. The machine is small enough to live on the counter and while it makes a bit of noise it’s not disruptive. I’ve been able to adapt my recipes easily and have made several batches. I can’t believe it took me so long to buy this!

This is the best kitchen gadget I’ve bought in a while, and will definitely get the most use! I ordered yesterday and it arrived today, I prefer Greek yogurt over ice cream so I bought some Oikos and pulled a few ingredients from the pantry. It’s a very simple machine, the freeze is amazing and it’s a great alternative for someone who is health conscious. It’s also very very quick, I was expecting hours or overnight instructions but it only took about 20 minutes to make an amazing batch of fro-yo
