I’m sure the headset itself is great but do not order from Amazon refurbished. Don’t be a cheap skate like me and just buy new. This product came to my doorstep missing parts (3.5mm cable) so I couldn’t even use it now I have to go through hoops to get another and hope they did it right. Very irritating.

I just got this HyperX Cloud Alpha S - PC Gaming Headset, 7.1 Surround Sound Headset yesterday and hook up was a breeze, They sound GREAT and getting them for at about HALF PRICE was truly Fantastic !!! I was a little scared to BUY a rebuild Headset, But was I wrong, as they are Perfect in everyway. From the Clean Box and all the Parts everything was just as it should be. I would buy these again and at these Prices everybody should too.

I wanted a good reliable headset for streaming basic stuff and zoom…This headset is even better that what I was looking for. I don’t usually use the 5.1 surround feature but it’s there. Also, you can use it for PS4 so it’s a bonus. It comes with fabric (superior) and leather cups

As fun as that is to type, it's not fun to use. The port where the wire connects to the headphones themselves is not secure. The cord easily falls out by just turning your head (without catching on anything; it's just the weight of the cord?). They seem fine otherwise, but I'll have to use electrical tape to secure the cord.

I love it, I bought it used but with the exception of the box this thing looked brand new. I used it for gaming, the sound is immersive especially when playing first person shooters, gunfire, explosions and foot steps are clear and precise. The bass on this is great. I highly recommend this headset.
