I’m so disappointed because I bought this as a Christmas present for my son and it won’t even turn on! I left it charging for a few hours and nothing. Won’t turn on. I’ve tried finding ways to contact the seller because maybe the charger is the issue?? But nope. No way to contact the seller. No way to get support for this item. This thing looks dead sexy, I was hoping that I could sneak a ride on it from time to time. Unfortunately, I'm way too tall and heavy for it, so I guess the nephew can have it. This is perfect for the 6+ kids out there because it's got different speed modes as they learn to ride it and get more comfortable. I offered some friends to let their kids ride the bike, but they made a good point that some of their kids barely know how to ride a bike. Most kids learn at around 4-5 yrs. old, but some don't learn until later on. So I would recommend that if your child were to ride this, that they be comfortable riding a bicycle first. If your child is tall for their age, it might be too small for them, but I'm pretty sure they will still enjoy the heck out of this thing. The bike is pretty solid with the aluminum frame, instead of the cheap plastic stuff. Did I mention this thing looks sweet?!? The details on this thing were completely unnecessary for a kids' bike which I absolutely love, and is worth the extra price. I mean, leather seats? yes, please! This just gives you an idea of how much effort was put in by the manufacturer, rather than some cheap plastic thing that will break within a year. That alone makes me feel like this was engineered with more attention than most children's riding toys. The battery could be better, or at least swappable because it only lasts for roughly an hour or so. It would be nice to have a better battery to ride with my nephew for a longer time. He has no idea that he's about to become the most popular kid on the block and in his school. I found that younger kids feel safer when they're sitting down when riding a motorized toy for the first several times. It's also safer for them because they can just put their foot down if they start to panic with the speed. Their center of gravity will be much closer to the ground, so a fall is less dangerous than when they are standing, like on a hoverboard. Also, it's more familiar to them, literally like riding a bicycle. When he's outgrown this, I'm hoping I can snag it back so that I can do some "upgrades" to it like I did with his Power Wheels. :-) ... show more

    • My kids are horrified to ride this due to balance

My kids are genuinely afraid to ride this, even with the thicker tires. Sitting on it they say it doesn't feel like a bike at all. I am hoping they ride it as 10 mph this low to the ground would feel like 20. A helmet is a must for safety reasons.

First off it will go about 10 mph on the highest of the three settings, and strong enough to go through tall grass. Easy to assemble- my son helped me. We only had a few parts that needed assembly . It is a smaller bike, and for that reason. I would not recommend for an older child. . The battery life gives just about a hour before having to recharge. Giving a five star review after seeing my son’s face after his first ride. ... show more

I’m disappointed in how short this bike is. It’s advertised for up to 145 lbs and up to 5’3, but this thing looks like it’s made for a toddler. Hopefully my 9 year old can ride it for Christmas and a few months afterwards. I’m just shocked at the size for the reviews, the speed and the money.
