I bought one a few weeks ago. The problem I have with it is that it keeps randomly shutting off on me when not in eco mode. Came home from work the other day and my dogs area was 40 degrees because it shut off at some point while I was at work. When it doesn't shut itself off, it works great. Just need it to stay on. On a positive note, the company reached out to me after my initial review and made it right by refunding me my money. They were sincerely sorry for the trouble and want to give customers a good product. So while I give this particular product 3 stars, due to the glitch, I give the company 5 stars for customer service, I give 4 stars overall.

Updating my review as of 10/30/2025. My heater also has begun turning off randomly on its own! My poor kitty was but happy that the bedroom she stays in got down to 58! This seems to happen regardless of whether it's on Eco mode or 1, 2, or the 3 setting! I also tried it on these settings to see if it would keep the room at a more stable temperature but it didn't make a difference! Either you are sweating or cold! The company did contact me quickly and offered me a full refund though so that was great! I have a picture showing what temperature the heater is set at and what temperature the room is at. The thermometer is across the room and about 4 feet up off of the ground! I don't know if I just got a defective one or if they are all like this but mine is extremely far off on the temperature! I have to put it down on 54° (on ECO mode) in order to have the bedroom at about 66°! That being said it works good and I did not notice any bad smells when I first turned it on.
