It was the most affordable option of AC with inverter and it didn't dissapoint me. As any other inverter-based window AC its quite effective and quiet, doesn't alway blow freezing air, regulates the temperature automatically. Have been using it for a couple of weeks during the heat waves in NYC and very happy with the product. P.S. To me it looks like an exact copy of Midea AC that I have in my other room - they have exactly the same installation package and it can be connected to Midea smart home app (that allows you to control the unit from anywhere through internet)

After buying and returning several air conditioning units, reading thousands of reviews, and roasting at night I finally found my perfect match. This unit is SO QUIET. I have a very low tolerance for humming noises and this one I barely notice. It blows wonderfully cold air, was easy to install and I love that you can program it to turn on and off at a certain time each day. My bedroom is finally cool enough and quiet enough I can sleep peacefully. The only thing I have noticed is I'm not sure how accurate the thermostat is. I set the cooler to 74 and in the morning my other thermostat said 70 and I was a little cold. But honestly it's not a big deal. I'm so just so happy to have found a quiet machine that works.

I wasn't familiar with this brand, but for the price, it is efficiently cooling the designated bedroom and overflowing into the rest of the house. It's also moderately quiet. Standard installation in the window. Insulation could be improved, so we will be adding our own additional insulation to tighten it up.

I never knew that a window air conditioner could be so quiet! I am absolutely delighted that the description of this item was absolutely true. The depth of the air conditioner is much longer than my last one and I needed a big guy to situate it properly in my window for me. I have a smaller window and a very old house so it was a bit hard to find one that was both super quiet and super efficient but this one did it all! It was definitely worth the money which by the way was less expensive than any other one that I could find with the same efficiency. Cooled my attic room right down !

I had a ten year old unit before in the bedroom, which worked fine, but made an annoying "thunk" when the compressor went on and off (plus my electric bill was up 100% for the month of June), so i thought change to an Inverter type model. This model is so incredibly quiet that you hardly hear it. Due to the past two week long heat wave of 90% temps and high humidity, it's been on almost two weeks straight 24hrs. Set at Low/Cool Eco Filter it's performed flawlessly, keeping the room at a comfortably level QUIETLY. Plus, it was less expensive than the LG model I was looking at (100 dollars less). I can't give this unit much more praise than I already have. Great investment!

Item arrived damaged. The fan does not sit flush and is crooked as the body of the ac looks misaligned. Looks like an internal issue because the fan is inside of the body and not a case issue. Not sure if this affect performance or longevity of the unit. Other than that it functions normally.
