The media could not be loaded. So I bought this tablet early for my 3 year old baby's birthday. I ordered it August 7th. It noted that it arrived August 13th but I had to call because it didn't actually arrive until two days later. That's a postal issue. I ordered early to have all the accessories arrive shortly after. I wanted to give it to her set up and protected because kids are impatient. My issue with the tablet itself is that the screen gave out. My baby's bday isn't until the last week of August. It is September 20th that I am writing this review because on Sept 17 her screen started to show one line. That was bearable. Today she has two lines that have expanded in thickness, and a blurred half of the screen. I posted a video. I got the glass screen protector and the kids stylus pen. She hasn't dropped it or gotten rough with it. In this day and age you have to teach kids early how to deal with electronics. Her bday was August 27th, and by September 17th the screen was lined and within two days it is done. That's not even the full 30 days. On another note. The sound is great. Not ear shattering but not too soft they struggle to hear. She wears headphones as wells. The sound is clear. Next is the set up. That was the easiest. Better than the kindle fire. You get all the Google playstore and the options of two other parental patrol apps/features. It even comes with its own version of kids FaceTime. It's light for toddler hands, and doesn't get hot inside it's case. I got the screen protector that was compatible and that leaves no finger smudges. Things it could work on is definitely the garbage screen not lasting even 30 days. The next is the stand that is connected to the case it pops out often. When you prop the tablet up on the stand and add some pressure the stand immediately bows and pops out. My daughter got so frustrated with the stand that we bought a tablet pillow holder separately to not have to deal with it. And lastly the on off button inside the cover is hard to press. With the cover so thick having adult fingers you really have to wiggle and press in, use a long fingernail or the end of a stylus. As an added note the children toddler stylus that are advertised as compatible with the tablet are decent when it comes to fitting in chunky toddler hands but the nibs pop off easy and the tablet has no holder for them so you have to get the largest regular stylus holders you can find and attach it to the inside of the stand. It's best here because the stand doesn't work right and it's the only smooth spot for the stylus holder adhesive. The cover itself has a diamond wrinkled feel and design. But off the screen alone being that screens basically make the standard of a good tablet or not. This screen default makes the whole tablet not worth it. That's too much one a month for a tablet with a wonky screen.

Do not buy this tablet. My son barely uses it for plane rides and it just stopped charging all together. The battery life sucked when he did use it lasted less than a hour. The screen quality was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend at all Update: customer service reached out and solved my problem, very nice lady committed to providing excellent service. Thank you for being concerned :)

UPDATE!!!!!!! So I posted the review below not thinking it would matter to the seller. They actually contacted ME through email and was extremely helpful. They offered a refund and sincerely apologized. They explained how it was just a 1 time mistake. Will be buying from them again absolutely. They didnt have to seek me out but they did. Great people. Im super satisfied IT WORKED FOR 1 DAY AND MY KIDS DIDNT EVEN GET TO USE IT!! IT DIED AFTER I TOOK A FEW PICS WITH IT. THAT WHEN I REALIZED IT DIDNT COME WITH THE CHARGER. I USED ANOTHER CHARGER AND IT WONT CHARGE OR COME ON. WASTE OF MONEY. SO UPSET!
