The media could not be loaded. We digged the new drain to accommodate this model of tub. The push drain was taped on the tub. After installation we found the push drain was not working. I contacted Amazon and they simply just said they would send someone to pick this +100 lbs away from our new bathroom. No replacement and no compensation for plumbing work. I bought faucets and tubs from TEMU and Homedepot. Amazon customer’s service is the worst. They don’t understand the plumbing cost at all. Be cautious if you are a contractor or homeowner. You won’t get any support if you have plumbing cost. It was such an awful experience. I was passed to 8 different ppl and no solution. ... show more
