This hose was a complete disappointment. It looks nice out of the box, but the performance and durability are nowhere near what’s advertised. 🔹 Leaks Almost Right Away After just a few uses, the hose started leaking at the connector. The fittings might look solid, but they don’t hold up under even normal water pressure. Instead of a steady flow, water sprayed out from the joints and made the whole thing unusable. 🔹 Not Built to Last The material feels flimsy once the hose expands, and it’s clear it’s not designed for long-term use. It kinks easily, loses pressure, and the inner tube feels like it could burst at any time. For something marketed as “durable,” it’s the opposite. 🔹 Overpriced for What You Get The price suggests a premium, high-quality garden hose — but the reality is closer to a cheap throwaway item. There are far better hoses for less money. 🔹 Frustrating Experience Overall Between the leaking, the weak construction, and the constant need to adjust and untwist it, using this hose became more work than the task itself. It shouldn’t be this complicated to water a lawn or wash a car. ✅ Pros: Looks nice at first glance ❌ Cons: Leaks quickly Poorly made fittings Flimsy construction Not reliable for regular use Overpriced Overall: Save yourself the frustration. This is about the best expandable hose I have had, and there have been many over the years. It works very well. The last one lasted 2 years (in S. California) which is longer than most, but it is still not a very long-lifetime product. The convenience and light weight make it very nice for all family members, but I wish that longevity could be improved.
