    • Waiting on enough snow to use it.
Due to an injury two of my friends installed it. Some of the steps in the instructions did not match the hardware supplied. That’s always frustrating and we didn’t have a quick means of securing additional hardware. I ordered a hydraulic electric cylinder and lighted rocker switch. I also installed two tail lights connected to a led wig wag switch they are fantastic. My Husqvarna garden tractor came with L.E.D. headlights that have never worked as designed so I installed an off road L.E.D. light so I can see at night. I should note that I live in the middle of an old growth forest and my shared driveway is 1/2 mile long. At 75 I can’t always wait for the snow plow to arrive. ... show more

    • Good Installation Instructions be careful of Tractor compatibility
The kit includes clear instructions on the assembly process. The parts are clearly identified, anyone with a good tool kit with a range of socket and wrench sizes can install this. Just be careful to have a second person available some parts are very heavy. Tractor compatibility, I purchased this to fit to a Husqvarna TS248XD tractor. According to Husqvarna it is compatible. My tractor had a forward and a reverse pedal. The reverse pedal mechanism completely interferes with the front right installation bracket. Unless you are prepared to remove the reverse pedal and modify the forward pedal do not buy this unit. All the on line videos are for tractors without the reverse pedal. ... show more
