I have contacted Husqvarna several times about this problem and I never get the same answer or I just get blown off. I have used it one time for about 20 minutes just normal use around my yard. When I finished I put it in my workshop on my bench. When I came back the next day to do some more work the chain oil was everywhere and now it will not hold chain oil which makes it useless to me. Like I said I have contacted Husqvarna several times since I got it and a lot of nothing. I had a problem in the past with a weed wacker and there customer serves was no help with that either so as much as I like there products I can't recommend them because if you have a problem your on your own! ... show more

Works great. The price was a good deal. My husband used it a lot. Just don't let your husband lend it to a friend that burns it up and brings it back not running and the plastic melted in some areas.
