Great electric scooter! I originally bought it for my 16 year old son; but I’ve been hooked on it myself. I love the connivence of hoping on it quick to run to the corner store. Sturdy and stable, I feel safe on it. I find the APP very useful and fun to navigate with; it’s quick and snappy and allows me To control Bluetooth capabilities, even has an antitheft feature! Also keeps track of how many miles I’ve gone and the battery life is always at my fingertips; It’s waterproof so if i get caught in the rain i don’t have to worry about shorting the battery.     • Rear tire cannot be replaced
In terms of functionality, the scooter works pretty well. But I only used this scooter for about a good month till the rear tire popped and I had no idea if it was the inner tube or the tire itself but I bought new tires and took it to the mechanic all for him to tell me that he quite literally couldn’t get it on. And that he’s never seen a scooter with such a tight fit. So I’m now in the return process and I will be buying another scooter. The whole thing is a huge inconvenience especially since I bought it as a commuting scooter so save your time and money and look elsewhere. Also you can find this exact design in scooter in different colors all over amazon which is a red flag. ... show more

    • Makes work fun!
This is a really fun scooter! I use it for work but I xant seem to get off it when I'm done working! Only dislikes are the clearance and the weird brakes. The clearance is a problem it will sometimes hit on the bottom of the scooter. More my problem then a design. The brakes are backwards. At least in my experience as a mountain bike rider the rear brake should be in the right hand and the front brake inthe left. Not a deal breaker in any sense. Pun intended! It's a little heavy but that seems to help with control, keeping it stable. Couldn't connect with bluetooth though. Again not a deal breaker. Tires are a nice soft rubber material. Three speeds are really cool for saving battery life. The suspension work ok. Nice disc brakes in the rear. Wish I could adjust the brake levers because I'm slightly tall and it feels a little awkward. This scooter is definitely with the price. ... show more

Does anyone know if it is possible to know where my stolen scooter is? I tried to use the app, but the location is through Bluetooth and in a long range I can’t located it. Or if it is possible to contact the company?

    • My commute to work became a lot faster
With the weather finally getting warmer I decided to look for an alternate mode of transportation to work to beat the New York City buses and traffic. I only live miles away from work and my commute became 20 minutes now with the scooter compared to 40-60 minutes with the bus. It feels very steady on the road, it's not very large, and the best part is that I can fold it and take it into my work lounge where I can also charge it. The 500 W Motor delivers up to a 20 mph speed and I can go to work about 2-3 times before needing to recharge again. When I first got it I used to ride in the more beginner modes, but now as I am going faster the battery life is also decreasing, which was to be expected. The air filled 10 inch tires along with the front and rear suspension absorb most of the harsh road surface in NYC, making it much more comfortable ride. The front and rear brakes make the scooter stop in a short distance even from the highest speed and with the ABS feature it makes the stop much smoother. I don't use the app much but the display allows me to control most features and set the limits I need, including the lock feature which is great when I stop to buy something quickly. When it comes to charging I usually charge it for the entire duration of my shift which is 8 hours and it feels completely although the manual says it only needs about 6 hours to charge fully. Looking forward for the warm weather to fully take advantage of my new purchase. ... show more

    • This scooter looked good but fell apart on me twice
The first scooter I received had its rear tire pop after only a week of usage; I was able to secure a replacement very quickly, and the new scooter worked great until I realized it had a manufacturing defect with the rear tire, resulting in me not being able to pump it back up. Don't buy this!! Put your money towards something better ... show more

Seems great so far. Arrived early (very quick actually). No issues with setup, smooth ride. The tires needed a little air added and a small amount of assembly required (handle bars only), but it arrived charged enough to test it out and was easy enough to setup. Handles well, not too touchy on the acceleration, and brakes/suspension both work good. Will update my review if I have issues in the future. Comes with a free "smart" helmet coupon upon product registration which is pretty cool. Haven't recieved the helmet just yet as I just registered. Can't speak in regards to the mileage/charging/durability yet but happy so far! ... show more

    • Not worth the price.
It’s not worth to get a scooter specially in this price and after all u’ll start getting problems. Note: the scooter is too much heavy and that effect the speed of it and it’s not flexible to take it with you otherwise you are playing at the gym with heavy weights. Also if one of the tires punctured this is another story. ... show more
