    • Rear tire cannot be replaced
In terms of functionality, the scooter works pretty well. But I only used this scooter for about a good month till the rear tire popped and I had no idea if it was the inner tube or the tire itself but I bought new tires and took it to the mechanic all for him to tell me that he quite literally couldn’t get it on. And that he’s never seen a scooter with such a tight fit. So I’m now in the return process and I will be buying another scooter. The whole thing is a huge inconvenience especially since I bought it as a commuting scooter so save your time and money and look elsewhere. Also you can find this exact design in scooter in different colors all over amazon which is a red flag. ... show more

    • Makes work fun!
This is a really fun scooter! I use it for work but I xant seem to get off it when I'm done working! Only dislikes are the clearance and the weird brakes. The clearance is a problem it will sometimes hit on the bottom of the scooter. More my problem then a design. The brakes are backwards. At least in my experience as a mountain bike rider the rear brake should be in the right hand and the front brake inthe left. Not a deal breaker in any sense. Pun intended! It's a little heavy but that seems to help with control, keeping it stable. Couldn't connect with bluetooth though. Again not a deal breaker. Tires are a nice soft rubber material. Three speeds are really cool for saving battery life. The suspension work ok. Nice disc brakes in the rear. Wish I could adjust the brake levers because I'm slightly tall and it feels a little awkward. This scooter is definitely with the price. ... show more

Seemed great at first but barely lasted a few months before it randomly died in the middle of a busy intersection during rush hour (dangerous) and never came back on no matter what I did. It was by that point out of the return window and amazon told me the manufacturer would need to be contacted for warranty based returns, but they were unresponsive so I had to push for a refund on here. Also the "free helmet" it originally said it came with never showed up. So I have updated my original review to reflect my experience. Avoid! ... show more

FUN RIDE! HURES80 model. Easy assembly. Foldable, but quite heavy to carry around. Requires charge up (about 5hrs, as stated) and to air up tires (max PSI 45), if necessary, before initial use. Hit the power button x2sec to turn on/off, then 1x to shift speed mode b/t Eco, Drive, Sport & Pedestrian (Ped). Note: the front & back lights only turn on automatically when in Ped. mode, so hit power button x2 to turn on lights in the other modes (see Page 22 instructions for what happens when you press button 1-6x)! Eco and Ped too slow for me. I've been using Drive mode to/from work (about 5miles on paved roads each way). I cannot, however, figure out how to pair device to my phone app via bluetooth? will update, if figure that out? ... show more

I bought this escooter for my job because they promised that I can do 24-28 miles on it. It's as heavy as other escooters in this category of long range. But in practice I can ride 3 times less, only 9.5 miles. I was sufforing in a subway because of its weight, non-foldable handlebar, and size. But I expected at least 20, or even 15 miles long range. Also rear brake is so noisy. Suspension and good tires — big plus of this escooter for its prise. I saw many scooters like this but diffetent brands.     • Rear wheel keeps deflating, Unacceptable
I've had this item replaced by amazon TWICE now and the same issue keeps on reoccurring. After 3-5 days of commuting 2 miles to work, the rear wheel keeps deflating, and quotes on a professional replacing the wheel is close to $200, which is unacceptable. I've now returned this item completely and will purchase from a different manufacturer because I shouldn't have to keep purchasing a replacement scooter every 2-3 weeks due to a manufacturer issue with the rear wheel.
