I just received it today from Amazon ! After I looked at different choices and made my choice I selected this brand name because they are a great company especially when comes to lathe turning chisels set . They look durable well built a comfortable grip with a 10” long handle in hard wood birch the metal ring is not spitted but solid not like some cheap brands plus the blank HSS steel alloy is the M2 quality not the standard HSS it means that they could hold an edger a little longer compared to regular HSS . The steel part are also easy to sharpen and the impact on wood is just right if used not aggressively by over pushing against the wood . I noticed that this set is extra sharp so not really necessary to sharpen it when you get it as some other brands . Bottom line they are worth the price and quality is a middle level to a pro but not the top of the top at 2 or 3 times more price wise . I would recommend this set and definitely you can’t go wrong buying it ! I am very happy about this set ! Thanks 👍

Nice beginner set. Good quality for price. Not terribly sharp out of the box but easy to remedy with a few sharpening stones.

Good beginner chisels, they work right out of the box. Just note they do seem softer than my non-turning chisels and you can see the wear mark on the edge of the skews after a single use. When sharpening (which will be frequent) a lot of metal comes off quickly, and you will feel the softness of the metal
