I've ordered 2 other speed bags and both have either fallen apart or leaked. This is - so far - the best I've had. It barely loses air and none of the seams have come apart, etc. In fact, it loses such little air that when I first received it, I purposely overinflated it as I always had to do with my other ones. When the bag wasn't going down and my timing got off, I literally had to deflate it to reach the bag to the proper pressure. So far, a great buy!

Excellent product except for one annoying flaw: the bolt that threads through the loop for the speedbag needs a nut to keep it in place, otherwise the speedbag eventually goes flying as the bolt unwinds with each punch. Besides, even if there was a nut to hold it in place, the bolt isn't long enough. You'll need to get a longer bolt and a fitting nut.

The bladder and leather on the ball itself looks just as new as when I got it. I beat thing to high heaven ever other day on average of 45 minutes and when I'm done I just leave it on the hook for the for the rest of the day and the next day too, inside a stuffy garage in the heat (and humidity) of the deep south. I know that I might not have properly stored it after every use and that the part of the speed bag in question might get the most friction after every bout, but I wish some company could make a loop that doesn't fray after taking alot of friction. But I think got my money's worth as a beginner and you could possibly be spared a year if you inspect the loop before and after use. Heck, I personally felt kinda flattered when it broke.

This addition to my home gym is one I'm very satisfied with. I have little to zero boxing experience and it's something I always wanted to get into. When it comes to industry standards for boxing equipment, I can't say that I'm an expert but I know quality when I see & feel it. I'm happy to have settled on this one after looking over a few others. the "leather" feels nice and seems durable enough to take a beating, pun(ch) intended 😅. Seriously though, it's well put together and taking a close look doesn't seem like it'll be splitting at the seams any time soon. Thickness is another area where I don't see this being an issue either. If I had to nit-pick something it's the smell when I opened it for the first time. Not sure if that's from shipping, or if it's from the punching bag itself but I'm not too concerned since it's going in my gym anyway. Other than that I'm happy to have gotten this *starts playing Eye of the Tiger*
