The thermostat is another handy feature, allowing me to adjust the temperature. Operating on 110v, it's energy-efficient and doesn't require any special setup. I put this little heater in a small reading room that is approximately 9’x6’. I was hoping it would keep the room comfortable at 67/68 degrees. WOW! I had to turn it down to 62 degrees! Otherwise, too hot! Great size and comes with instructions and 1 yr warranty.

    • Pulls 1178 watts at startup
I returned this item because it stated 750 watts but I put it on a watt meter and it goes up to 1178 watts as it starts before it goes down to 750. It was tripping my outlet. Also did not like that every time it's turned on it goes to the max temp setting and then needs to be adjusted down.

This was an experiment for me. I have an upstairs master bedroom that’s cold. So after researching I finally decided on this unit. It has a blower fan to move the heat, digital temp control, you can set the hours you want it to run and shut off. Plus it also has a remote. After 3 days of use everything works like it’s supposed to. My bedroom is setup with 2 forced air vents and a ceiling fan. After plugging the unit in the heat output was way more than I expected. I set the thermostat at 72 on the unit. After a few hours the unit was able to bring the room to a comfortable 72 degrees hold the temp there and shut off, the unit cycles on and off to keep the room temp at 72. It’s a great booster. I didn’t have any issues with the unit overheating or the outlets getting hot. It’s pulling 800 watts which translates to about 6.5 amps which should be no problem for a standard household outlet rated at 15 amps which almost all houses are. In other words I didn’t have any tripped breakers or blown fuses. In my humble opinion this little thing works great. ... show more

I bought this to heat our MB. It's an average size. About 80 sf. We only heat it in the morning when my wife gets ready for work. This little heater is a great little supplement. Within an hour the room has gone from 58 degrees to low 70s. Warm enough to shower comfortably. The fan is very powerful. The remote works great. The timer is a great idea.
