I'm very happy with the assembled product. I was looking for a patio set that wasn't just the woven material with some weak wires running through it and these are built very well. You can see in my pictures a strong metal frame with a thick vinyl/nylon weave for the seats. The ottomans are rattan weave, so I wouldn't have people sit on it, but fine for a footrest. The feet of the swivel chairs have plastic covers to protect the deck. The feet of the chairs have similar hard plastic cover. Installation was a challenge, but I was able to do it solo. One of the black plastic covers left part inside the chair upright that the bolt enters. I had to get a small drywall screw to stick into the plastic and pull it out. I recommend putting the sofa together first. There is a rachet allen wrench that helps tighten the bolts - especially the tight spots. Also attach the seat to the arms first then to the back. That was the easier order. But keep the bolts loose to get them all in. My original order came with two sofas and zero ottomans, but customer support responded quickly to my email (through Amazon) and had the boxes swapped in a week. Overall a 4-star for the original shipping mixup and a couple struggles in getting it together. but very happy with the assembled product. ... show more

I have been looking for over a year for a set of chairs with high backs, and ottomans for my patio. Most I saw had low backs (I wanted to be able to rest my head back if need be). As an added bonus, I wanted the chairs to swivel, so I wouldn't have to move the ottoman out of the way to get in and out of the chair. This set is EXACTLY what I wanted, and at such a GREAT price. It actually arrived in 3 boxes 3 DAYS EARLIER than expected too! I already had a wicker coffee table (doesn't really match, but...) I'll use the table that comes with the set as a side table in the meantime. It took about 2 -2.5 hours for 2 of us to put it together. I had concerns about how the cushions attached to the ottomans, and it has a loop and hook system which works perfectly. Cushions are durable, yet soft and comfortable. Furniture is solid and sturdy. Love that the chairs swivel and glide. Such great quality for the price! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice patio set. ... show more

I read the reviews on this set and many said it was difficult to assemble. We found it very easy. No difficulty at all. My husband is 6’2” and 210 lbs. he finds it very comfortable and sturdy. Very well built. I definitely record this patio set!

this is really nice set. It came without directions but fortunately, it wasn't too hard to figure out. We got the set put together in no time and tested it out. It's definitely sturdy and can take some weight. We have had company over where we have sat on this set for a lengthy amount of time and were comfortable for the duration.
