Overall the price was right and the furniture was sturdy, nice looking and easy to assemble. However, the fact that no one informed us that the set would arrive on multiple different days by different carriers was an issue, because it showed on Amazon that the entire set had been delivered. Unfortunately, you cannot speak to a human regarding the fact that a large part of your order is missing, you must send a message to the seller who has 48 hours to respond. The seller did respond within 48 hours, eventually all of the pieces to the set did arrive. It was easy to put together. It is well made, very sturdy, good weight, and very comfortable. This set was better than anything we looked at in a physical store in our area. However, a simple upfront notice that states patio SETS may arrive in multiple shipments on different days would have solved the whole issue. The fact that Amazon showed we had gotten the entire set is what made us get anxious over the missing pieces of the order. All-in-all, I would recommend this patio set.

Patio Set arrived in 2 separate deliveries - 1st delivery was actually 5 days earlier than expected. All Parts & Screws were included, Easiest Instructions I have ever read, each piece had no more than 4 steps, except for the Sofa which had a few extra. I ordered the Gray/Gray, Very Comfortable, sturdy and exactly what my patio needed. I also ordered 2 of the Side Tables. Well worth the price!!!

I did plenty of research on outdoor chairs before I decided to purchase these chairs from Amazon. The last outdoor chairs we had were over $600 each and did not last 5 years. So I decided I was not going to spend that kind of money again for something to put on the front porch. After reading all the reviews, everyone said their was some degree of dificulty to put together. Everyone said they were very comfortable and sturdy. The reviews were spot on correct. First chair was the hardest and I breezed through chair #2. I decided to get some nice chair covers to keep them nice. And yes I would probably buy them again as I only paid $288 for both chairs with a coupon and cashback from a card.

These chairs are very attractive and really comfortable. I ordered the yellow/beige. These chairs are not yellow, and I was hoping that they wouldn’t be. They are a medium brown. Picture is way off but you won’t be disappointed. They are easy to assemble. Do not pay attention to what people say about it being difficult. If you follow the directions, it will tell you not to tighten up the bolts until you have the whole chair together. I did not use their Allen wrench. Instead, I used my rechargeable screwdriver and I’m no professional, and it was easy. My one concern is, they will not suit me well for too long. I live on a bay which has saltwater. And I don’t see getting more than four seasons out of these, but I knew when I purchased them, deciding to go more economical to see how I do.

We love this patio furniture. Easy to assemble and looks great. Very sturdy and cushions are very comfortable. It’s the perfect size for a small patio or porch. The set was not received as one delivery. The chairs arrived but I had to track down the couch and ottomans, which arrived about a week later. Overall customer service was responsive. Would definitely recommend this product.

Yeah, I have been through Ikea's Basic Training but the Chinese who made this beat Ikea. I'm Chinese American by the way. So I read plenty of the reviews on how to not tighten the bolts before everything was in place and most people said it wasn't so hard to assemble. I actually did the first chair by myself with no problems. A bit of reaching on hands and knees and turning the chair in my lap but I did it. Maybe I got too confident. By the second chair, something didn't fit right. The problem was the curve of the rattan was too much and the provided larger bolt could not reach the designated bolt hole. I tried pushing the rattan, flattening the curve but of course that didn't work. I decided going to the hardwood store and getting a longer bolt was better than returning the chair or even notifying the seller and waiting for them to ship me a new arm piece or longer bolt. So for $1.49 I got a longer bolt, not black but come on, it fit and the rattan pretty much hides the shiny bolt. And now both chairs are assembled and comfortable and easy to get in and out, feels sturdy.
