This product does not work as advertised. The camera does not support motion detection and tampering detection. 1 of the camera was defective and did not rotate as advertised. To make matters worst, I purchased 2 additional cameras to support the 4 that came with the system. Extremely disappointed.

Easy to install, easy to configure, overall great buy Had an issue with a camera I had bought separately, contacted support and they replied within 4 hours, and the next day, they've resolved my Issue 110%. Thank you Hiseeu!! Customer support/Service is great!

The media could not be loaded. The 3tb NVR is large enough to save about 2 months of video. The kit I purchased includes the NVR, 4x- HD685-P cameras, 4 PoE cables, power adapter and even a mouse to navigate through the menu. Remote connectivity has been flawless, camera picture quality is clear on HD feed, and comes with color night vision. Hiseeu customer service has swiftly remedied any situation that arises. Purchased system in April and finally was able to have cameras installed in September. Picture quality is amazing and worth every cent. Pros: Motion detection picks up pretty good and App lets you control the PTZ Pan features. Cons: Human motion detection could be a little smoother with tracking, 2way talk communication is sometimes choppy and not all features are available with certain models ( Please research). Overall system is not bad for the price and its great to have phone tech support available if any errors. ... show more
