I installed a lot of the camera systems for my clients, and this low price system surprised me. It is very easy to install and setup. The image quality is very clear and sharp. So far it has exceeded my expectations. The user interface is also very easy to use as compared to the typical 2000s interface on my brands. Setup was simple and everything worked right out of the box, even when the cameras were connected to POE switch. We had no networking issues and the box was able to locate all the cameras via the IP addresses. Super neat. I highly recommend this 4k hiseeu system.

Disappointed – Half the Cameras Stopped Working! I bought this two years ago, expecting it to last, but now only half the cameras work! First one stopped at year and half, second one stopped right at the second year purchase I didn’t spend money just to have it fail this soon. No physical damage, no weather issues—just poor quality now I’m stuck replacing a system that should have lasted much longer. Don’t waste your money on this if you want reliability!

I did a lot of research on a number of security camera systems. Hiseeu matches the specs of the best of competing systems at nearly half the price. The system came efficiently packaged and protected. All the items needed for setting up the cameras were included. Make sure you look through all the boxes first - I thought they missed the power cord, but they didn't. The manual takes you through step-by-step instructions that were easy to follow, but it helps if you are comfortable working with software and computers. The only thing you will need to setup and test the cameras is your internet router with an available Ethernet connection and a monitor. They even provide a mouse for navigating the menus on the NVR. I did find out that the cameras have a boot time, so after you first plug-in the camera to the NVR, it will not register for about 30-40 seconds. There was only minimal delay between activities sensed by the camera and when the NVR displays the same activity on the monitor. It was a half second or less. So far I’m very happy with the solid construction of the cameras, the quality of the video, and the ease of setup. I am also particularly impressed with all the software functions that come with the camera for setting up zones, activity alerts, people detection, etc. All the features they describe on the website are there and they work. Prior to purchasing these cameras, I had some exchanges with their technical support to get answers to some of the questions I had about their specifications. They answered quickly, provided excellent answers, and even informed me about software updates I could get that would provide some of the technical capabilities I was looking for. The company is aggressively pursuing this market and constantly innovating and updating their product, so I am confident that it will stay current for a long time. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an reasonably priced home security system.

The cameras connect and there seem to be a lot of features. I had trouble with the live view, but the manufacturer replied within a day with a solution.

I bought this system to be used for a business almost a year ago and I'm in a peace of mind since then. It has an excellent picture quality and a very clear Night vision that allow me to watch the business 24/7 through my phone using their recommended app without any problem. I had two Technical problems, but with the wonderful customer service they were able to solve the problems and sent me the replacement parts without any delay and I'm very thankful for them. I'm really happy with this system and the great customer service and I highly recommend .
