My wife is very happy with her home gym. It took us about 5 hours to put together. We are older and not as fast as we used to be, plus we are not TALL. But, we do like a challenge. Overall Great Quality. Hulkfit has to model's at 160 pounds, we bought the more expensive one with pads, but didn't use them. SAVE the 20 dollars and get the lower price one. We are more than satisfied with this home gym. Thank you Hulkfit and Amazon.

Just finished this build. It is an average center for the price point. I believe it will serve us decent for what we need it for, strength training. It was made in the big C. If you want a professional set look elsewhere. This will work for me & hubby @ 61 & 62 yrs young. We have a bow flex but I’m only 5’2” & it’s kind of big for me. Personally I wouldn’t pay anymore for this set. The one thing I don’t like is cable 3 holds the bottom part up, if for some reason it broke the bottom part would come down (the one with the leg W/O. Maybe they are like the but I wish the piece was stationary just in case. I need it for strength training and this will be fine. Once built, can’t move it. It didn’t break the bank so that is good. My goal is 3 times a week with my walking, to continue to maintain muscle, strengthen, along with daily walking. Can’t expect much more for the price really. Plus I won’t have to spend $4.20 a gallon of gas to run to the gym 3 times a week. Have to watch the funds. Directions are good and the packages are in order with the instructions. 61 yr old woman & I did it by myself. They give you tools, but I used mine too.

Easy to assemble as long as you follow instructions. I really enjoy the machine, great for working out home, any time you choose. I'm 80 years old and just live it.

Seems to work correctly and easily. Packaging was clearly marked although the video link did not work. All parts were accounted for even some tools. I used my own tools anyway. Fits nicely in my spare room and using this type of weights takes up less space than my Bowflex rods. Heavy, stable frame. Great for home use. Bought this as I needed more weight bearing exercise. Put together slowly over 2 days as I am an elderly person closing in on 80 but a stronger more agile person should certainly go faster, probably a few hours. Definitely a good value at this price.
