The bike is adorable, my daughter loves the colors, very expensive though, hard to find any bikes during the pandemic and styles. Box bike came is was extremely damaged, bike it self had lots of scratches, and some dents, like someone previously tried it and returned it with its new scratches. Gave my daughter the option to return, kept just because we couldn't find anything similar to what she wanted. If other options were available at the time, we 100% would or returned. ... show more

The fenders came dented in both and the front and parts of the bike badly scratched. Still works but sad that i had to fix the dents

    • Nice bike but damaged in delivery
Bike is very cute and easy to install but the Fender came bent and scratched. We were able to pop out the bend but the scratch was unable to fix. It isn’t quite big enough for my 12yr old, wish we would have went with 24”. Delivery was with post office wish it would have been with another.
